chapter 16: the performance

Frankie/ Tomika's POV 

We are about to go on stage and I am incredibly nervous and I feel like I am about to throw up. I think the other have noticed 

Zack: Babe are you ok 

Frankie/ Tomika: I'm fine Zackie 

Louie: Frankie you don't have to do this if you don't want to 

Frankie/ Tomika: no I want to do this 

we then make our way onto the stage and I can see the crowd staring at me,  but I could also see my mom, Taylor, Ray, Miles and Louie in the audience, but I could only focus on the whole crowd staring at me. I then run off the stage and I see that Zack has followed me 

Zack: babe are you ok 

Frankie/ Tomika: yeah just freaked when I saw the audience 

Zack: you weren't like that to start with, why was that 

Frankie/ Tomika: I saw my mom, Taylor, Ray, Louie and Miles in the audience but then reality hit me and I freaked 

Zack: babe I believe you can do this 

Frankie/ Tomika: I know I can Zackie 

Zack: come on lets go back 

Frankie/ Tomika: ok

Zack's POV

We then make our way back onto the stage and Summer starts talking 

Summer: we're school of rock and I hope you enjoy the show

we then start playing a few song that Tomika wrote and we did a few covers too. It is now the end of the performance and we make our way backstage 

Zamika: (hug)

Zack: I'm so proud of you babe 

Louie: you conquered your biggest fear Frankie

Frankie/ Tomika: I know and it felt amazing 

Freddy: that means we can perform regular gigs 

Summer: yeah that would be good

just then Tomika's mom and sister, and Louie's dad and brother walk up to us 

Taylor: Frankie that was amazing 

Frankie/ Tomika: that you Tay

Michelle: I am so proud of you baby

Frankie/ Tomika (chuckles): thanks mom 

Ray: you were amazing Frankie

Frankie/ Tomika: thanks Ray 

Miles: Frankie you looked like you were enjoying it

Frankie/ Tomika: I did Miles

I am so proud of Tomika, she did it, this is huge for her
