Part 21~ Im waiting for the light night after night

CONNORS POV:
We walked through the doors of the airport before the Calling of our plane echoed the area

*The plane to Brazil is boarding in 30 minutes, make your way to section 5 to drop of your cases, thank you

James turned towards me and sighed slightly
J:Should we really do this?, without b?
Connor:James we don't have a choice
Joe, slee and dean walked in our footsteps behind us before facing us in a circular position

D:Hey is that?
Connor:Brad?
I squinted my eyes shut as I watched him and kate walk towards us
Joe:I guess he changed his mind

As his figure came closer i swallowed hardly, what if he's still mad?

B:Alright boys
He hugged James as his face light up suddenly
Joe:Changed your mind have you Bradley?
B:Yeah well, this one talked me into it
He smiled in kates direction before walking towards me

B:We good?
I smiled at his gesture and hugged him tightly
Connor:I've missed you b
B:You too
He let go gently as he gave joe a friendly handshake

BRADS POV:
Joe:Alright so now we're all happy, it's time to go

I watched kate sigh slightly as my arm swung around her neck
K:Stay safe yeah, I'll call you everyday
I felt her soft tears fall on my jumper as her head rested on mine

C:Kate!
Confused we all looked up to see cat standing there holding a suitcase in her hands, tear marks planted on her cheeks as she smiled slightly

K:Cat, what happened
Kate ran towards her with her arms wide open as cat buried her head into her shirt
C:I missed you
She hugged her tightly as the suitcase slammed to the floor
K:Cat, what's up?

CATS POV:
As I looked up at there pale, confused faces I couldn't help but notice Connor from the corner of my eye, he looked worried as his hand rested on my shoulder

Connor:Cat, please talk
I turned to face him as he swallowed hardly
C:Can we talk... in private?
Joe rolled his eyes slightly as Con
nodded

I held his arm as we reached the corner of the airport, the others were still in sight as I noticed them all looking in our direction, I had to make this quick

Connor:What's up? Is it me
I smiled slightly at his innocence
C:No con, it's not you
Connor:Then what is it? Cause your really starting to worry me
I breathed in heavily and then out again, this wasn't gonna be easy

C:Jack... jacks left
Connor:What?
He looked confused
C:He got offered a good job in la, something to do with his career idk
Connor:Right so, what happened?

C:He said that its a long term thing and that if we stayed together I would have to go with him, but I can't leave the girls, or my family
He sighed slightly
C:So... he left without me
Before I could say anymore I felt his warm embrace wrap around my body

Connor:I'm so sorry cat
I smiled slightly tucking my head into his shirt
C:It's ok, we kept things as friends and it's not over for good, it's just... complicated
He smiled slightly before looking towards my hand

Connor:What's the suitcase for?
C:Well, that's what I was coming to ask you
He raised an eyebrow as I laughed slightly
C:Would it be such a bad thing to add a little one to the tour bus?
He laughed shaking his head

Connor:Cat, I would love for you to come but you know what joes like
I sighed slightly
Connor:But... I'll ask
I smiled as he pulled me in for a hug again
