New school New friends / 4

"Do I look like I'm kidding?"he asks.

I was about to answer when I heard whispers saying,

"Who's that girl?"

"Is she Zarec's girlfriend?"

"She must be a newbie".

"She's hot" ok at last one I blushed, i've never heard someone call me hot, at least not to my face.

"Come on let's go to school , I would like you to meet some friends of mine"

He led me to the front of the school where there was a beautiful tree, under it where 4 girls and 3 boys , they where talking together when we approached

"Hey guys guess what? My new neighbor actually goes to the same school as us."

A boy in a wheelchair looked at me and smiled kindly,  "Well aren't  you going to introduce us?"

"Right well, these are my friends" , he told me as he grabbed my hand and pulled  me towards a beautiful girl with brown wavy hair, pale face, hazel eyes, and a bright smile.

" This is Aglaia" she was very beautiful, and she wasn't even wearing any make-up, not that she needed it.

"Hey" she said as she approached me.

"Hi" I said shy, she was very beautiful up close.

"I love your hair! May I touch it?" She asked.

"Umm... Sure"

"Oh my gods!" She shouted, I was startled. I ran my fingers through my hair.

"What? Is something wrong with my hair?"

"Ohh no, I'm so sorry for startling you. Your hair is just so silky, and soft. What's your secret?" She gaped at me.

"Ohh that... It's not really a secret I just brush my hair with an ION Brush, after I wake up, and before I go bed, every day."

"I see, you have to let me do your hair one day. Okay?"

"Sure" I smiled, nobody had ever done my hair before.

"O-Kay " Zarec rolled his eyes, he steered me away from Aglaia and towards somebody else.

Next was a boy in a wheel chair he was very handsome even thought he was crippled, nonetheless he was still handsome. He had pale skin, dirty messy brown hair, and brown eyes.

"This is Cacus" He nodded his head still smiling.

"Hi" I said sheepishly

Next he led me to a boy who had blond hair and when he smiled, I felt giddy.  He had this aura around him that just made me feel happy for no reason Zarec introduced me.

"This is Apollon"

"Hi, It's nice to meet you." I said delighted.

"why am i so happy?" I thought, " I barely even now this guy"

He chuckled, "It's nice to meet you too."

Zarec then led me to a girl who looked younger than me but was the same size as me.

"Hi!! My names Soloni" she seemed very excited. Obviously this girl was hyperactive because she seemed like a girl who always looked at the positive side of things.

I met another girl who had black straight hair, dark red eyes, not that that was unusual at all, after all my eyes where unusual too, she had pale skin she was "alkippe"  then there was another girl who had blue eyes, and they where beautiful and pale skin with blond hair.

"Hi, my names Adelpha"

There was cute guy, who looked mysterious, because he had a hoodie on , which was covering half his face, even thought it wasn't that cold just a little windy I'd say about 15 mph.

"And finally this is Diavolo," Zarec said
"He was recently added to the team." He said as he punched his arm, "I don't get why boys do that, was it a boy thing or what?" I thought back to all those times I saw boys playfully punching each other, at my old school.

"Anyway, Diavolo here is new to this school like you, we met him the first day of school, which was September 15, so he knows the school building. Unlike you, by the way if you don't mind me asking, why are you registering so late in November?" He asked, he was curious I could tell, but I didn't know if I should tell him.

"Umm... Well..." I was very uneasy and I'm sure Diavolo picked it up because he turned towards me but I still couldn't see his face because of the hoodie. My heart was pounding.

"I-, I-, I had umm... School problems" I said, I relaxed then I realized I sounded like a delinquent.

"I'm not a Delinquent!" I blurt out  "I get good grades." I turned towards them afraid they wouldn't believe me.

"We believe you Zelia"  Zarec smiled, nodding. I looked towards everybody else, I was surprised they where smiling at me, and nodding too.

"Anyway, Diavolo got anything to say?" Zarec asked. Unfortunately he wasn't answering.

"Hello, Diavolo? Are you there? Are you sleeping in there? My gods" my Eyebrown raised up in question. Zarecs' hand shot out, grabbed the hoodie, and pulled it back. Diavolos' hoodie fell away. I was stunned to say the least. I gaped at Diavolo's face, it wasn't like I had thought it would be at all. He was... Umm... He was Cute... Really cute.

He rolled his eyes, his gaze landed on the grass "Yeah I believe you"
I didn't answer I was focused on his face, he had fair skin, almond shaped eyes, and black hair and eyes. They seemed to be different from all the eyes I had encountered.

If he could smile he would look even cuter, he was wearing a poker face, so i couldn't tell what he was thinking. He had dark black hair toned skin, with dark endless pool of black eyes.

He looked up at me, and my heart skipped a beat, he seemed to realize I was staring at him so he smirked and introduced himself.

"I'm Diavolo"  His voice was deep but not to manly. I wasn't going to let him him embarrass me so, i just ignored his stupid smirk, he seemed like an arrogant guy, So not my type... Umm... Yeah he wasn't my type.

"Hi, my name is Zelia" I said.

Once they heard my name everybody gasped except Diavolo he just looked stunned. Soloni looked at me in wonder, I looked at them like they were crazy, I didn't understand what was so unusual about that.

"What?" Aglaia came up to me and asked "As in Zelia with a Z right?" She asked making a zig-zag motion.

I looked at her weirdly, was she deaf.

"Yeah what's so wrong about that" I asked, hadn't they ever heard an unique name before.

"Wow!" Aglaia exclaimed, astonished.
