Chapter 12: playing some games

~*~Emma's P.O.V~*~

I woke up to find dry tries on my face. I guess I must have fallen asleep when I was crying. Yes I was crying, yesterday was the most embarrassing moment of my life. What really pisses me off is that Crystal got what she wanted; making me look like a fool. Before I could continue going on and on about yesterday my phone buzzed. I looked to see it was a text from Jerome. What did he want? He asked me if I could go to the park, I accepted. I got dressed into my comfy clothes, they were so warm. I put on my shoes and I grabbed my keys, then I headed down stairs.

"Were are you going?" I looked around to find my brother, great. "Going to the park to meet Jerome," I answered. "Okay, but don't take to long. Mom and dad are gonna be here in about three hours," after Jake finished I nodded and walked to the park. It was warm today, I loved it.

As I walked to the park I spotted Jerome. He was waving at me, I waved back. I start running towards him. "hey Jerome!" I scream! Soon as I approached him, he gave me a really tight hug. For some reason I didn't want to let go, but I had to. We both walked to a bench were we could sit down.

As I sat there on the bench, Jerome spoke. "Emma, I have to tell you something," Jerome said in a worried tone. I turned around to face him. "what is it?" I asked. "Chris threatened me..." He answered. Wait...what? "What are you talking about?" I responded confused. "He told me to back off or else he would kill me, he thought I had a crush on you. I tried telling him we were just friends but he didn't listen." Jerome explained. I was mad and a bit confuse. How could Chris do that? And why would Chris even think Jerome liked me? "Anyways what's up?" Jerome said trying to change the subject. "Umm...nothing really, you?" I answered. This a kinda awkward. "same," He answered. There was silence. Well this is gonna be awkward.

After the park Jerome asked me if he wanted me to play minecraft with him. I said sure. We both went to his house.

He gave me his laptop and he took his computer, of course. As I was running around the Nexus lobby I notice Jerome setting up his recording software. "Jerome?" "yeah Emma?" Jerome asked. "Are you gonna record this?" I asked. "Yep," he answered. I didn't say a word.

"OMG Jerome! stop! you're gonna kill me! I hate you!" I yelled as we played the hunger deans. "hahahaha I love you too," he answered as he laughed. I was not amused.

We played a couple of games, after a while I raged quite. Jerome calmed me down, although I kicked him. That's what deserves for trolling me.

After he uploaded the videos we just decided to chill. And what I mean is just watch some youtube videos.

Hours passed and I got tired. Jerome offered me to take me home, I just said sure. He grabbed his car keys, then we walked out and got in his car.

I waved goodbye as I took out my house keys and unlocked the door. I knew my parents were home, that's why I tried being quite.

As I took off my shoes all of a sudden I spotted sparky. He started barking with excitement. "Shhhh sparky" I whispered. I slowly walked up the stairs with parky following.

I let sparky into my room before I closed the door.

I laid in bed with sparky beside me. I watched tv as I scratched sparky.

An hour passed and it was getting late, I turned off the lights and then got myself comfy, soon I fell fast asleep.
