Well, it's been days and still no news from Toby. I stopped working at the office as well and my boss decided to make me work at home. Ate went back to working as well but still goes home to my unit to see if how I was doing. To be honest, I feel good. Even if I was drowning in hate all over my social media platforms, and to the fact that they know where I work, they also gave the company some hate.

It was running late and I didn't expect Ate would pass by again to my unit with a take out from a fastfood resto but tonight was different...

She was three hours late. She usually arrives here at 7 but now she arrived at 10. Probably went to a date with his boss who's been in love with my sister for months already and finally my sister, giving up, went to a date with him.
She yelled my name when she went inside my unit and I was a bit surprised.

"What do you want?" I asked irritatingly.

"Were you monitoring your social media platforms?" She asked.

"No? Do I have to? I was watching some shows since I wanted to learn cooki-

"Then you have to see this!" She interrupted giving her phone.

I played the video. It was Toby. He was wearing dark shades and his usual basic black tshirt.

Are you guys dating? The interviewer asked

He laughed and gave a smirk. "No, we're really close friends. The response I gave to the interviewer that time was just a joke to tease her." He clarified.

I felt relieved when he said that.

"But do you think the both of you would develop? You seem really close. We saw videos and pictures from Drew, your bestfriend." Another interviewer asked.

"Uh well, I think it's not bad to develop in a deeper friendship with her." He laughed.

"How about developing more than friends?"

He laughed again and awkwardly smiled. "Maybe there's a chance. I know some friends who dated non showbiz girls and they're doing well so maybe it can work." He responded.

And when he said that, that's the time Ate went crazy. She began pinching my arm.

"Kilig! I told you!" She said.

"Tanya's been receiving hate. What's your call on that?"

"There's no reason to bash Tanya. She's a lovely friend. If any of my fans would bash her, they shouldn't be called a fan. My fans would understand that I can have friends that are girls. Also, I have my limits."

"Your fans are also hating on the Magazine Company where Tanya works. Accusing them that Tanya's using you?"

"No, that's not true. Tanya will never use me. Also, Sir Valdez is very kind to me. He clarified the accusations."

Good thing! I can finally come to work.

"But then are you good with Victoria? She's the other half of your loveteam."

"Yeah! We're great. I hang out with her often since we have the same circle of friends."
