We met in a fancy restaurant which his friends own and only a few people were there.

"So what's the fuss about? Why the sudden meet up?" I asked when he was ordering food for the both of us.

He lifted his cap and fixed his hair.

"My job looks easy but it always stresses me out." He confessed.

"What happened?" I asked.

"First, they want me to move my schedules on promoting as a solo artist and then suddenly they want me and Tori to pretend that we're in a relationship and make it public." He says. "I just feel like I'm not human anymore and they keep on controlling me." He shared

"Ah, showbiz. You should tell them your opinion first!" I said. "Also, your fans are already anticipating your music. They shouldn't move the set date already."

"Yea, I know." He said in a stressed manner.

Toby has never opened up these kind of conversation before so I feel a bit special for him opening up about this. I do feel bad but Showbiz is showbiz.

"Why are you opening up to me?" I suddenly asked.

"Hmm, I trust you a lot. I'm more comfortable opening up to you than my manager, my dad, or even Drew." He answered.

"Drew? You almost lived with him and you don't feel comfortable talking about your life in the spotlight?"

"He's enjoying the spotlight and I just can't talk about it with him." He confessed.

"You two are really weird."

"Opposites attract."

"Now I really don't know what to do. I just want to let it all out and now I did." He says.

"Thank you, Tans."

"You can always rely on me! We became closer when we were in Japan. Nothing's change." I said.

"I guess you're doing well after the issue?" He asked.

"Yep. Kinda miss work. I'm glad I'll be back in a few days." I shared.

"Did you honestly think I'd let you go and ruin your dreams just like that?" He asked laughing.

"Showbiz can do anything!" I said to him.

"Not for me. You're my friend and I don't want to let you down like that." He says.

"Still. Showbiz can be too manipulative to their artist just to keep their reputation." I said and shrugged.

"Hmm, right. That's one thing that's making me give up."

"You love your fans, and you love what you're doing, Toby. You can't easily give up." I said.

Afterwards, we went to a cafe. There were only a few people and most of them were working and we both decided to get coffee.

"I'm curious though." I started. "Have you been into a serious relationship?" I asked.

"Of course." He laughed. "Do you think I'm heartless?" He asked.

"Maybe some girls think of you as that! But they should seriously get to know you, you're fun and really nice." I said.

"We were together for maybe 2 years and suddenly she left me here and told me she didn't love me anymore." He shared.
