The Online Homeschooler Reject 

This lovely and slightly sad little story begins on a Wednesday afternoon, while I am at my desk doing my English homework. 

Now before we get into this story too deeply I have to let you know that I am homeschooled, I do all of my work online, and so do a couple other thousand students that are signed up with my school. So when you are in this learning environment there is obviously a way to communicate with your fellow students.

So on this Wednesdays afternoon, I got a message from this guy, I had no idea who he was, he was never in any of my classes. He just randomly started talking to me.

Because I don't want to go mentioning this guys name on here, I am going to give him a nickname, Herb. Yes I think  that will be his nickname.

So I am talking to him for about two days here. and it is like eight at night and he says this.

Herb: Hannah 

Hannah: yes?

Herb: i love u 

Hannah: love is a very strong word

Herb: i swear, i love u

Hannah: suuuure... like i said, very strong word

Herb: I love u.

Hannah: Like a friend right?

Herb: no, like good old love, i love u

Hannah: I just started talking to u 

Herb: do. you. love. me? 

Hannah: Like i said, love is a strong word, and i have only talked to you for like a day and a half, i havent even met u... so sorry to say, but no.

Herb: U KNOW WHAT! I HATE U, U U CAN GO TO HELL ASSHOLE BITCH.

Herb: I so hate u.

Hannah: serious or sarcastic? 

Herb: SCREW U!

Hannah: Ok bye

Herb: I'll talk to you tomorrow

Hannah: suuuure.... bye 

So yeah that is basically how it all went down, if you are wondering what I was thinking about the serious or sarcastic comment, well me and him would just like argue all the time, only being sarcastic, so I wasn't sure if he was being sarcastic or not. Now that I look back on it is kinda funny in my mind :) 

But here is a word of advice to all you girls out there! Do not talk to homeschooler guys online, because let me tell you, they are the most naive guys you will ever talk to, and as soon as a girl talks to them, they suddenly are like "I AM IN LOVE!"
