Night 3- The Devil's hour

Cammy has been on the computer for about an hour now. She was researching about what could possibly be happening to her. Paranoia, neurosis, schizophrenia or hallucinations didn't explain what was happening to her at all. She had been at it for a long while now and still she hadn't found anything.

But then she suddenly remembered the movie she watched with her brother yesterday. Emily Rose woke up at 3 a.m. only to be disturbed by a demon. Much like what happens to her. She went to Wikipedia and typed in the title of the movie.

It explained there that the devil uses the time 3 am to haunt people for the sole reason of mocking the Holy Trinity. It also says that it is the opposite of 3:00 p.m., the hour when Jesus Christ said "Father, Into Thy Hands, I Commend My Spirit" and died. So the devil decided to make 3 a.m. his hour because he thought it was funny and ironic. Cammy had goosebumps all over her body and she feared suddenly for her life. This was no ordinary ghost. This was a demon.

Cammy woke up in the same position she always is in when she wakes up during that particular hour. She immediately reached for her phone and checked the time. It read 3 a.m. and two seconds later it read 3:01 a.m. Cammy looked up slowly and nervously at the wall and gasped in horror. The shadow was now settled beside hers and just stayed still. A single tear streamed down Cammy's cheeks as she cried silently. She shook her head in denial for what she was seeing.

"No...no. Please..." she sobbed pitifully. There was no denying now that what she was seeing was real. Only question was why was she seeing it? Why was it disturbing her?

She didn't know what to do at that instant except cry and close her eyes tightly. She still felt the eerie presence in her room but what could she do about it?

Tomorrow. Tomorrow she would figure out what to do. Hopefully. She hoped that her family would help her face this but somehow she knew it wasn't going to be that easy.
