“Peace. Peace and equality.” Said Robin.

“You came all the way to Land Gargoudon to ask a fellow guardian for peace? Are you mad? Replied the person.”

“Fellow guardian? Wait. Who are you in the first place?”

“I am Jean Mist- one of the only remaining kind of the Clan Enema from the Judgment Division. I, heir of the clan’s sacred trademark, shall protect this chamber from all kinds of foreign harm. Consider me your fellow guardian.”

“Huh. I thought you and your clansmen died 5000 years ago?”

“I am their remains- their survivor. Anyway, who are you and what are you doing in my territory?”

“I am Robin- the blessing given to the Queen of Nations-Guardian of the Dark Zone and protector of the Gem of Darkness.”

          “Art thou the Queen’s Daughter?”

“Certainly. I have come here to know the code by opening the chamber.”

“Are you making me laugh? I am never gonna tell you the code woman! This is not a game of give and take- give me the code and I’ll give you peace? NONESENSE!”

“Please let me try. I want to know what lies on those scriptures. You won’t be telling me what the code is. I and Gianne will guess what it is. The expedition in finding the Divine lies on us. We want this so stop. We want to find the Divine and stop all wars. Give us one try. Just one!”

“Guardian of Darkness, your hope is weak yet your will is strong. Alright then, go ahead and give the code. One try is all you’ve got. Try your best.”

“I give you my thanks Jean.”

With that, Robin’s palms just got wet and moist. She was sweating a lot and her body got all cold and nervous. She knew it followed the rule “one try or lest you die”. But her will was strong. She needed to do it. She couldn’t sacrifice Gianne for it. She had to do it herself.

“Robin, I’ll do it. If you won’t get this right, it’s all because of me. You can’t die. I won’t let you.” Said Gianne.

“No Gianne. It’s already enough that you gave me the code. I won’t let this moment pass. I would never sacrifice you for something I want to do. Stand back. I’ll start. Before Robin could move, Gianne said to her her.

“Don’t forget. We’ll go back home together.” Said Gianne.

Robin then held he palm of her hand facing the door of the chamber as if doing a ritual. She then said: 3…200…5…5…2…1. OPEN!”

With a flash of light, the chamber opened- a sign of pure hope. Inside the chamber was a golden stand in the middle with the scroll portioned on top of it to give its importance.

Gianne rushed into Robin and hugged her very tightly.

“I knew it. You were all it took for it to unleash.”

“No Gianne. You did it. Thank you! Thank you so much!”

Robin patted him on the back while he continued to hug her.

“Well done Guardians. You have finally passed the test. Now, go. Get that scroll and continue the expedition in finding the Divine goddess. My mission is done here. I shall now go and be free, roaming around the grounds of Spherea.”
