Much of the verses and chapters have been lost or destroyed, along with many of the books the Ooramerians compiled. These are just a few fragments that have been pieced together by the dedicated work of many archaeologists and scholars alike, who painstakingly saved what they could from severely damaged books and tablets spared from the fires and the elements of time's relentless weathering.
Not all has been lost, with the careful compiling of what we have now; in our Modern Age of the Machine, we can only gain a mere glimpse into the deep past and the glories that once were. Many of the ritual summoning spells for both obscure Gods and Demonic Lords and their minions have been removed for public safety concerns, as requested by many world governments before issuing this edition.
We hope you understand the need for such regulation and we hope you enjoy these Elder Tales and take from it a deeper knowledge of the forgotten past.
