Bill sneered at her and said,
"Why have you fallen for Gleeful dear Pacifica?He'll just fall in love with someone else. "
Pacifica stared at him.
"He'll never do that."said Pacifica.
"I doubt that he won't because Lisa has. We loved each other and she turned me down."he said,angrily.
Pacifica gulped and said,
"WHAT IF SHE WASN'T THE ONE?!"
"I believed she was. She came to me and I thought she was truly the One."
"Did she even glow or---"said Pacifica.
Bill scrunched his face,
"I believed she was and if I believe,she is the One but she turned me down"
Pacifica pondered on this and shouted,
"SHE ISN'T THE ONE. THE PROBLEM WITH YOU IS THAT WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS TRUE BUT IT ISN'T. I AM THE ONE. SHE ISN'T. SHE JUST BROKE YOUR HEART MAKING YOU BELIEVE."
Bill turned back to his original form and enlarged himself and said,
"YOU DON'T MAKE MY DECISIONS MORTAL."
"Well you don't make sense. She's just a part of your life. The only reason why you're here like this is because of your pride. You shouldn't be like this,Cipher."said Pacifica.
Bill just enlargened and he raduated with anger and disbelief.
"Love is just a putrid thing. One of the worst in the universe. It's just a part of my life. There is no the One."said Bill.
"But what if there is?!"said Pacifica.
"You?!" Bill laughed and said,
"You are weak. Very weak to be the One and when I noticed the sudden interest of my counterpart Will to you,I wanted to destroy you so that it's a reminder of how what is stays the same forever "
Pacifica just frowned and said,
"Destroy me then . Right now."
Bill laughed and said,
"I want it to be a grand."
He sneered and in a snap of a finger, all the monsters reformed .
Pacifica gulped.
She thought and pondered.
She had to prove that she 's The One. But how?!"
The monster growled and charged towards the townsfolk.
Pacifica pondered and pondered until everything made sense.
All the occurrences and all Bill's vision led to the answer.
She floated towards RevDipper..
Dipper stared at her .
"What now?!"he said.
Pacifica appeared agitated and said,
"I'm sorry Dipper.This is the end...."
Dipper looked at her in disbelief.
Pacifica felt warmth around him
She did the unexpected and kissed Dipper.
Dipper widened his eyes as Pacifica kissed him passionately.
Dipper did not pull back. He just kissed her back.
They flowed smoothly and swayed as thye kissed.
No words could describe how passionate it was.
Suddenly they both glowed . They floated and they didn't seem to notice.
Suddenly,Bill twitched. His forms varied and he screamed.
"No---NOOOOOO"he cried .
All the monsters disappeared.
The town revived. The Pines twins returned back to their dimension. Great Uncle Stanford appeared smiling then groaning.
Pacifica and Dipper released and they looked around.
Everyone cheered happily especially Dipper and Pacifica.
They hugged each other.
"I love you."said Pacifica.
"I love you too."smiled Dipper.
They kissed once again
"H-how?"said Dipper.
"I have the power to do the impossible with love. Your kiss in the forehead. The kiss on your cheek triggered my powers and it all comes to this. Bill was wrong. Love is beautiful. You onky have to use it well."
They both smiled.
"I've been waiting for this moment"said Dipper.
Pacifica playfully punched him and smiled,
"Yeah. I guess you did."
