I love you, as I love the stars.
Even though you're miles away from touch.
Even though I may not be able to graze
upon your beauty always.
I still love you,
because I know you are always there
watching over me upon the stars
of our hearts intertwined.
Lay in peace bellow the dust and dirt, my love
and I will rest my heart upon your grave
allowing your tears of the fallen
rain to wash mine away
for, I will always love you
here or gone.
For, I will always love the stars because now
you shine amongst them to kiss my eyelids
goodnight before I dream of
you.
