I hate you so much, Fitz. You really are the worst elf here.
The silence was awkward. Keefe and Sophie hadn't spoken in about two weeks and no one had known why. Sophie didn't want to talk about it either. There was a reason too. No one had to know what happened after Keefe had pecked her on the cheek.
It was a kiss on a cheek something seriously platonic to any one. But it made the whole tension between them skyrocket. It had been hard enough to put a name on what they were before and now it was even worse.
"So..." Keefe started.
"I'm sorry!" Sophie blurted out before he could say more, "I ignored you for a really small thing and it killed me not talking to you and it shouldn't have been like that."
"Funny," Keefe smiled ruefully, "I was about to say the same thing."
Sophie chuckled before smiling back.
"It was kind of impulsive of me and I don' t really know what came over me. It won't happen again."
"Okay, then. Friends again?"
"Friends again."
I see you two have sorted everything. You can come out now!
When I get out of here you better start running Vacker!
