When i was 15 i always used to think that i'd graduate secondary school at 16 finish university at 21 and be married by 23; typical 15years old Nigerian girl thinking. Now i am a grown woman in her late twenties and a year away from thirty, living alone and very unmarried. I hate my job, don't get me wrong i work as a lawyer in a superb law firm on the island and i have a great house but being a lawyer ain't easy it is time consuming and tiring and can't seem to remember the last time i spoke to my mum......but what it doesn't do however, is take away from the loneliness when i am finally off work and alone in my apartment.
