we were best friends since grade school
always together
people always said things like
why are you friends with a girl?
why not even a pretty girl?
you would beat them up.
maybe it was a bit much but for some odd reason i always tend to laugh at pain.
it was me and you. always and forever.
more people entered our little group.
they left.
now we are in high school.
