Train wreck [ Joseph Morgan ]

It was a bad Thursday night for the residents of Downtown Manhattan who witnessed a horrifying car accident. Incident involved a newly married couple and their new born baby and a 17 year old, who was later accused of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

There has recently been a dramatic increase in cases involving drivers being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Every day, newsrooms are filled with news stories from all over the country involving disturbing accident reports, often because of negligence on the part of the driver due to use of alcoholic substances and banned synthetic drugs.

Due to the inability of the young boy to keep the vehicle under control, his car collided head-on with an oncoming car, containing the married couple and their baby, who were driving at a normal speed. The impact threw the husband (Jamie Bomer) from the car, which ended up six feet away from where the collision occurred and the infant (Aaliyah Mae Bomer) suffered from brain trauma after being whipped lashed; the wife (Alice Mae 'Collins' Bomer) suffered a mear concussion and a few minor bruising... The husband and the child died instantly.
