Friday was finally here again. I passed all my quizzes and my test thankfully. My worse grade was a C, and that was on my photography quiz. I tried my best with studying but it was slightly hard to remember so many long and hard spelling names of famous photographers.

I grumbled to myself as we all walked together. The bell had rung and Vic's game was today. I was wondering if anyone else knew and had planned on to come. It would be kind of awkward for me to go to a game alone.

"Are you going to the game?" I asked Clyde as Cory and Lily went the opposite way of us as we headed outside.

"No, I'll be helping my granny," Clyde said and I pouted slightly making him laugh. "Sorry Oakely," he said waving goodbye to me and Farley.

"See you all next week," Farley said and I caught his arm before he walked off.

He turned to look at me quirking an eyebrow. My cheeks heated up and I let go of his arm. I rubbed the back of my head laughing nervously.

"Sor-Sorry, are you going to the game?" I asked and felt an arm go over my shoulder making my face heat up.

"Yeah Farley, heading to my game? Cory already rejected coming." Vic said pouting.

"Um...I actually don't have any money to go." Farley said softly shifting to one foot and the other making me frown slightly.

"I'll pay," Vic said grinning and I smiled gently.

Vic is really a good guy. I wonder why he and Cory don't get along. Actually, Vic and Farley don't seem to get along much either. But not as bad as him and Cory.

"No you will not, I'm sorry I can't go," Farley said gripping the strap of his bag slightly.

"Come on Far-" Vic began.

"I'll be alone and awkward if I'm the only one to go," I said and they both looked at me making my face heat up.

I covered my mouth looking away from their gaze. I can't believe I said that out loud. Now Farley will pity me. What if he really doesn't want to go but goes because of me?

"Okay.." Farley sighed and Vic grinned now.

"Great!" Vic dug into his pocket accidentally pulling out keys and stuffed those back in and handed out ten dollars.

"It cost ten to go?" I asked with wide eyes.

"No, just two. But you need to go also. And you both might get hungry." Vic grinned.

"Oh..thanks." I smiled and Vic winked making my cheeks heat up.

"So um we should trade numbers so we can meet up and pay at the same time," Farley said taking out his phone and I nodded taking mine out.

"I'll give you guys my number too," Vic said digging through his pockets for his phone soon producing it.

We all exchanged numbers as I heard a honk. I jumped slightly startled making Farley blink and Vic laugh. We all went our separate ways and I started out at my school from the window as dad drove us farther away. I watched the school get smaller and smaller before it disappeared.

"So talk to your friend?" dad said out of nowhere making me jump then soon my cheeks heated up thinking of who he could be talking about.

"Um..what friend?" I asked and he laughed glancing at me in the mirror as he drove to a stop at a red light.

"Your online friend," he said as the light went green and he began to drive again.

I found myself smiling. I bet if dad saw he would quirk an eyebrow and look at me weirdly. My heart flips flopped and I couldn't wait to text him. Then that all crashed down and my shoulders slumped down.
