Harry's whole world came crashing down while reading the book. His parent's weren't his parents and Dumbledore had been a woman all along.
He hadn't figured out the man's identity and his mind was too tired to ponder it now.
Before putting the book down Harry noticed an envelope stuck to the last page. Feeling too tired and emotionally drained to read anymore although his curiosity was killing him he decided to read the letter later.
