Sara has been suspended for beating me up. Coach Allen told the principal everything else that happened, too. She has detention every day for a month when she gets back.
Nick went back to Miami for filming two days ago. I miss him, but I'm also used to him leaving now.
"This science project is so dumb," Isabelle sighs. "Yeah, I don't get it," I say.
"Nobody does, screw it," Jillian says, throwing her pencil on the floor.
"We have to do it at some point," Isabelle points out. "Yeah. It's due in 2 months. Let's wait a month," Jillian says.
"I'm fine with that," I say. Isabelle nods, closing her binder and setting on my shelf.
"You miss Nick," Jillian says. "And?" I ask.
"You should go to Miami," she laughs.
"I don't have the money, Jilly," I say.
"He'd be so happy, though. I can see the look on his face right now," Isabelle smiles.

I slam my phone down.
Nick just texted me, saying that until he's going to be home for awhile, we need to break up.
I get dressed and walk into school. I go to my locker.
"How's your boyfriend?" Sara mocks. Oh yeah. She's back today.
I don't answer. I continue putting my books in my locker.
"Answer me, Jensen," she snaps. "We broke up," I mumble.
"What?" Adriana asks. They really didn't hear me. "We broke up," I say.
"Oh, yes!" Sara cheers. "Finally. Now he's mine!"
