She was a delicacy of a woman,
one that swayed the eyes of many.
For her embodiment of beauty
was beyond what you could see.
She loved like no other, without limits.
Hence why her heart grew timid.
A fellow in particular who stood out of the rest,
was the man who saw her mind undress.
Thereby becoming the bearer of her heart.
But she had yet to discover that he'd soon depart.
She sought to spend her life with him,
unfortunately he had one of his own.
It was a moment of complete despair when she fathom that she had been too late.
In uncontrollable sorrow,
she tumbled to the ground and contemplated
why love had to be that way.
