After I turned Tuba in to my client, I went off to search for his brother, Clarinet. On my way out of the south galaxy, I picked up a distress signal coming from the north galaxy. Deciding that it might lead me to Clarinet, I headed towards the signal. As I approached the north galaxy’s border with the south galaxy, it became clear where the distress signal was from: Planet Namek. If this wasn't Clarinet, then I don't know what would be. I set coordinates for Namek and zoomed off.

After touching down on Namek, I could see why a distress signal was sent. I landed in front of a destroyed village. Bodies were scattered around; buildings and structures were reduced to rubble and dust. Mostly, everything was on fire. Whatever happened here was brutal. As I surveyed the rubble, an explosion went off in the distance, and screams could be heard. At once, I raced off to find the source. After bursting through the air for several minutes, I found the village that had the strongest energy source, and it was indeed being attacked. A large Namekian holding a long stick was blowing up the houses and structures. He was firing fireballs from the tip of the stick at buildings, which exploded and burst into flames on contact. Most Namekians fled the onslaught, while a few tried to fight him off. Every ki blast they fired at him was dissipated by a powerful force field he had around himself. He would then retaliate by blasting them with lightning bolts from the tip of his stick. This Namekian was definitely a wizard, meaning he was most likely Clarinet. I decided to take action, and descended from the air to land in the middle of the battle.

“Hey! Are you Clarinet, the Super Namekian mage?!” I asked him.

“Who's asking?!” he replied.

“I'm a bounty hunter, and my client has a bounty on your head!”

The Namekian made a face.  “Oh? Really? I'm shaking in my boots!”

“Very funny. Now are you going to come quietly? Or are things gonna have to get violent?”

“I'm not afraid of you, Saiyan!”

I was surprised.  “How did you-?”

“I know a lot of things, Pelsary.”

“Alright then, I'm sure you'll know about this!”  I concentrated for a moment, and transformed into a super saiyan.

“Yes, I even know about that. I might even have a way to counter it!”

“What do you mean?!” I asked him.

At that moment, a Saiyan space pod touched down near the village. The pod opened, and who would step out but Kaisa.

“I thought I sensed your energy here, girl!” he yelled at me.  “I figured you were done getting in my way, after we last met!”

“Kaisa, now is not the time!” I yelled back at him.

“What? Two Saiyans? How cute!” Clarinet exclaimed.

“Forget about him, Clarinet! Your real opponent is me!”

“Are you the one who killed these Namekians, girl?!” Kaisa demanded.

“No! And will you bug off?! I'm busy!”

“Telling me to bug off, are we?!”

Saiyans.  “Kaisa, not now!”

“I'm ending this argument now!” yelled Clarinet as his staff began to glow.

At that moment, a beam of light burst from his staff toward me, hitting me square in the face. As it made impact, my Super Saiyan power faded from my body.

“What the hell?!” I yelled in my confusion.

I tried to regenerate my Super Saiyan power, but could no longer feel it in my body. I couldn't transform into a Super Saiyan.

“What did you do to me?!” I asked Clarinet angrily.

“I have permanently suppressed your Super Saiyan form!” he replied with pride.  “Now you will feel powerless, just as my brother did at your hands!”

I was once again surprised.  “How do you-?”

“I told you: my knowledge is quite vast! I know about my brother’s defeat, and I know you're the one who defeated him!”

“What the hell is going on?!” Kaisa asked in his confusion.

Clarinet turned to him, and once again his staff began to glow.

“Kaisa! Watch out!”
