Emerson's POV
Tuesday
The whole school day when by in a blur, mostly because it was a half day today. So that means I got off of school early. I walked in the front door, yelling to see if my parents were home. No answer of course.

I sat my phone on the counter as I made a snack. My phone buzzed as I I walked back towards the living room. Archer's name appeared so I quickly answered it.

"Hey" I said as he picked up. "What's up" I said taking a seat on the couch, with my bowl of fruit I had made.

"Nothing much, I have a match tonight, I was wondering if you want to come watch" he sounded nervous and happy at the same time.

"What time exactly" my heart started racing a bit. It was a school night. So I doubt I can get out.

"Six-thirty, why is there a problem" he sounded worried. I inhaled and exhaled lightly.

"No not at all, I just have school tomorrow" he chuckled through the phone as I relaxed.

"Oh, it's okay if you can't come" he sounded so upset. It broke my heart to hear him like that.

"No, I will be there" I said thinking of a way to convince my parents.

"Great, can't wait to see my amazing girlfriend cheer me on" my spine tingled at the word girlfriend. We said our goodbye's and then I relaxed.

(5:20)
"Emerson, dinner" my mom yelled from the bottom of the stairs. I sat my phone on my bed and ran down the stairs to the table.

"Mm, smells good" my dad said as we took our seats. I agreed by nodding my head and my mom thanked us. We prayed before we ate, then dug in as if we were hungry beast. "So, Emerson how was school" my dad asked as he sipped his drink.

"Good, today was a half day" I grinned and sipped my drink as well. "How was work" I returned the question onto him.

"Boring as usual, glad to be home" we exchanged smiles and returned to eating.

"Mom, dad..may I go to Annie's in twenty minutes" We had a digital clock in the dining room, that I was staring at.

"That's specific timing" my mother said with a concerned look on her face. "Why" she patted her face with her napkin.

"I need help on the dance we are learning" I made an excuse up. It seemed I had done it a lot recently. "She's the best out of the class, oh and my best friend" I grinned at the end.

"I guess, but be back before nine" I said thank you to both my parents. I took my dishes to the sink and ran to my room. I grabbed my phone to text Annie our lie, I told her I will tel her later about the whole thing.

I dropped my phone on my bed while I went to grab my dance bag, so my excuse was believable. I left my house at five-forty five, practically jogging to Never Tap Out.

"Hey" Archer said greeting me as I came through the door. We chatted as we walked back to the room he was getting ready in. "So, you lied to your mom and dad"  he questioned.

"Pretty much, yeah" he shrugged it off his shoulders and started getting ready. By the time he was in his gear it was six-twenty five. "Don't be nervous, you got this" I said pumping him up as if I were his coach.

"I hope so, I don't know maybe you're my good luck charm" he smirked. I playfully slapped him before he leaned in for a kiss. "One for good luck" he said pulling away from the kiss.

He was called out to the octagon, while I took my seat. "In this corner we have Kyson Nash" the referee announced. "And in this corner, we have the undefeated, Archer Hayze" I can't believe he's undefeated.

Archer, found me in the front row cheering for him. He smirked of course I just smiled back. When the bell rang after the ref asked if they were ready, they went straight on for each other. Archer had thrown a few punches towards Kyson, so did Kyson towards Archer.

Archer trapped Kyson inside an arm-bar. Kyson struggled to get out but gave up anyways, making Archer the winner. "Your winner is Archer" I cheered for him. He looked at me with an out of breath smile.

He left the octagon running towards me. His lips landed on mine, I couldn't help but smile. His forehead rested on mine. "Come with me" he said pulling me with him.

We got back to his room in the back. He shut the door pressing me up against it. He smirked before placing soft kisses on my lips, which I returned. He started kissing down my neck slowly, he stopped for a split second to ask. "Is this okay" I nodded my head yes as he went back for more.

We stayed in the position for sometime till there was a knock on the door. Archer backed up off me then answered the door. "Hey Archie, nice job" a mans voice said I couldn't see his face.

"Thanks Mark" I stood behind Archer questioning who was Mark. But I couldn't find a face for the name.

"Who's the lucky lady" Mark said bombarding into the room. Archer groaned at this action.

"Em, this is Mark my manager" he said looking in-between me and Mark. I smiled and shook Mark's held out hand, which he placed a gentle kiss to. Which made Arch mad. "So,what did you need" he said impatiently.

"Just wanted to say nice job out there" he laughed a bit. "Wouldn't you agree, Em was it" I nodded my head agreeing with Mark.

"Yes, Arch you did really good" I smiled. "I'm proud of you" I kissed his cheek. He grinned at me with happiness. We chatted with Mark till I had to leave, which I walked home after Arch and I agreed I would.
