When Peter and Edmund got back to Beruna, Lucy was awake, waiting for them.
"Where were you? I had a dream, but a special dream! Aslan told me we should have Telmarines in our army. He said we weren't enough to fight on our own." she said.
"Lu, we have discussed that already. It's not their battle! They would prefer to stay here with their families." Peter replied.
"Ed! What happened?" Lucy asked.
"I-" Edmund started.
"He got attacked by werewolves." Peter cutted.
"What did they want?" Lucy asked.
"Me." Edmund answered.
"Why?" she exclaimed.
"I'm a traitor." Edmund said putting his head down.
No one found anything to say, so they just walked inside and went in the professor's library. They found him half-asleep on an old book covered by dust. Lucy shook him gently until he finally woke up and looked around him.
"Your majesties, please excuse me for falling asleep during my time of work." he said.
"You have every right to sleep when you are tired, especially at six in the morning. We would like to ask you a favor: could you please heal him? He needs to recover in the fastest way, we are leaving tomorrow at first light." announced Peter.
"The fastest way is in a day, your majesty, but I do not recommend you to let me use this healing potion on your majesty's brother, it is very painful." rocommended the professor.
"Potion?" asked Lucy.
"It is called the Dark Cure, a name given by the narnians before the first arrival of the Witch, name given after it's painfull healing process." the professor replied.
"No... I wasn't asking something or anything, I was remembering. Peter, Edmund, don't you remember?" Lucy asked.
"Oh, I get what you mean! Pete, she talking about her healing thing!" Edmund said.
"Her healing cordial! Of course, why haven't we thought about this before?" Peter asked himself.
"Because I don't know where it is..." Lucy said.
"Professor, do you know where it is?" Peter asked.
"Caspian told me to keep it safely in here." the professor answered, searching in his drawer and getting it out of it. "Here, your majesty." He handed it to Lucy.
"Open your mouth, Ed." Lucy commanded.
Edmund did as he was told and Lucy let one drop fall in his mouth. In a second, Edmund's wound was healed and he felt much better. The other good thing is that all the blood on Edmund's white pyjama shirt disappeared with the wound.
The three of them thanked the professor and headed back in their rooms to get dressed, they didn't need to go back to sleep as they wouldn't even fall asleep.
Once he was dressed, Edmund went in Peter's room. Together they played several chess games, until they got bored. Well, Edmund was day dreaming most of the time so Peter got annoyed. They decided to talk about their good times in Narnia, until the conversation got to the battle coming. They talked about where the battle could have place. Edmund suggested at the same place they had fought against her before their coronation. So it was confirmed that it would take place there. The place was called the Green Hill, it was taking place on the prairie just next to it, the prairie being called the Green Prairie.
At eleven in the morning, the same day, Caspian ordered a Telmarine guard to ring the alarm bell, used for Telmarines and narnians. Once everyone was gathered, Peter started his speech.
