"Always go with your intuition, it never will let you go bad"

...Oh how wrong were the doctors, Genesis had a more serious condition than amnesia. Genesis Johnson had a tumor in her head. A tumor that could kill her instantly if they would perform surgery on her.
Her mother's soul was crushed, she couldn't save her only child from dying.
The amnesia was temporary, after a few days the doctor had announced her temporary amnesia, they found a large tumor.
Genesis Johnson knew she didn't have long to live so she promised herself to smile at the little things. Genesis had wondered about Jahseh and his whereabouts.
She knew she couldn't leave the hospital and her phone was damaged because of her failed attempt of suicide.
The only thing Genesis Johnson could hope for was for him to come visit her.
Her mother went to the store to buy what Genesis asked for. It was the least her mother could do. Her mother just wanted to get Genesis anything she wanted on her last days.
Jahseh had noticed that Genesis's mother was right in front of him, so he tapped her shoulder.
"Um I don't know if you remember me but I just wanted to ask how is Genesis? ", He stuttered over his words a little.
The mother realized he was the boy sitting beside her daughter's bed. She gave a genuine smile and nodded.
"I think you should go see her-"
"I don't think she would remember me, i thought she had amnesia. " He said looking down at his shoes.
Why was he worried?, because deep down he still loved Genesis.
"It was temporary. ", the mother spoke noticing the boy's expression of worry. She decided not to mention the tumor, the boy looked worried enough.
Jahseh felt a wave of relief wash over him and he gave a smile. Tomorrow he was going to visit her and bring a lot of corny stuff for Genesis.
When the mother got back to the hospital, she found her daughter almost drifted off into a deep slumber. She smiled and set the bag of candy bedside the bed.
Genesis opened her eyes giving a smile out to her mom. It was really heartbreaking at the moment.
"Thanks for the candy old lady.",Genesis said with a giggle. After they both got done with their laughter, Hana told Genesis about jahseh.
Genesis cheeks tinted a red colour hearing about him. Hana noticed her daughter's expression and let out a chuckle.
"You like him don't you?" Hana asked in a soft voice making her daughter shake her head.
"Okay maybe a little.", Genesis said pinching her finger together to exaggerate.
"You remind me of your dad so much.", Hana sighed in a happy tone.
Genesis cleared her throat and turned to mother and broke the short lived silence.
"What was he like? " Genesis said scooting over in her bed ,and patted the spot beside her for her mother to sit.
Her mother laid beside her making sure not to knock over anything. Genesis smiled as her mother told the love Story of how they had Met.
Genesis listened closely as if she was
three and was listening to a story about the tooth fairy.Genesis had found it funny when Hana had told her about the truth or dare game and her mother had to kiss her dad.
The girl had laughed so mucho she didn't want the story to end.
But then Genesis Johnson had realized she wasn't going to be able to hear anymore stories.
Because she was dying.
Hana had took notice in her daughter's silence and looked at her.
Genesis had put her arms around her mother and closed her eyes.
"Mom I'm not ready to die. I'm scared.", Genesis voiced cracked trying to hold in the tears.
Hana made a soft gasp and held her daughter, and rubbed her back. That triggered the waterworks making Hana want to cry too.
"Your going to get through this Genesis. "
The mother's words and comforting made Genesis fall asleep into her arms.
