Christina ran and jumped onto stardust's wing. He spread his wings, making her slide down onto his back. She settled and he shot into the air after nightmare and Daniel.
They flew up just under the clouds and stardust twirled, dodging an attack. He roared and blasted fire, missing nightmare who spun. The two collided and began to claw at each other, beginning to falling.
Daniel threw his scale and Christina jumped to dodge, barely grabbing onto stardust. She climbed back onto him, but Daniel jumped and kicked her off, nightmare clawing into stardust.
"STARDUST" Christina screamed as she began to fall. Below she could see her friends retreating. Many wounded and the army still charged at them.
"CHRISTINA" the young prince roared, throwing nightmare off him. Nightmare caught him, stopping him from going after Christina.
A sudden roar made nightmare jolt, but two large dragons tore into him.
"Fang, Vincent!" Stardust gasped seeing the leaders of nature and shadow dragons. Christina gasped as she was caught and looked at a beautiful white dragon who flew up and dropped her on stardust's back. "Margret!"
"It's not just us, your highness" Margaret said before the clouds were blown away by wind, revealing hundreds of dragons, and thousands more on the ground, attacking the stone army.
"You were right, this is for all of Draconus. This is everyone's war" orca told whirlpool and Nathan as she jumped them and destroyed a stone dragon.
"Then let us battle together, as one tribe! FOR DRACONUS" stardust roared, diving for the stone army. Nightmare and Daniel broke free and dove after the two.
"You may have dragons, but you won't win" Daniel hissed. Fang, Vincent, and Margaret dove after them. Christina looked back hearing nightmare roar, then stardust did a barrel roll and nightmare shot past him.
"Let us show them what true bonded are!" Christina stated as stardust tucked his wings in, diving after nightmare and Daniel.
"Let us end this now" stardust replied and roared loudly, tearing into nightmare's back. Nightmare roared and the two landed, Christina thrown from stardust and caught by SwiftFire.
"Thanks SwiftFire" she said.
"Anytime" he said and set her down. He took a step before stardust snarled.
"This is between nightmare and I" stardust stated.
"Like that'll happen" Brad said as he and destiny watched from a balcony, but Brad stared at Christina before seeing her sun necklace. He touched the moon necklace he had before realization hit him.
"DIE" nightmare roared and lunged for stardust. The two began to fight and Daniel jumped off nightmare, tackling Christina. The two began to fight until Christina hit Daniel against the head. He hit his head against some stone and crumbled to the ground, groaning. Christina nodded in satisfaction, running and climbing some rubble.
The dragons were winning against the stone army.
But stardust wasn't winning his battle against nightmare.
