"There was a girl," Maggie said, "named Alice. Her first trip here was 33 years ago. She came here when she was 12. She played croquet with the Red Queen, had tea with the Mad Hatter, the March Hare, and Dormouse, here," She gestured to the mouse in my pocket. "went to a trial, and was in a caucus-race. She left that day too. Then, 7 years later, Alice came back again. She met the Hatter, the Hare, and the Dormouse again. She found herself, and helped the White Queen defeat the Red Queen, putting the White Queen in power again. Then, she left to reject the proposal. She traveled that year overseas."
"The next part is my favorite!" The Dormouse said. "Alice came back later that year and married the Mad Hatter! Then they had twins! They were identical. Alice left one here with the Hatter. She took the other back to her world. In the next 10 years, the White Queen died and the Red Queen came back into power. Then the Cheshire Cat formed a plan to over-throw the Red Queen. He was the White Queen's cat and all, so he wanted to rule Wonderland like she did. He defeated the Red Queen, and has now turned evil. He is running Wonderland like the Red Queen. He beheaded the March Hare and the Mad Hatter. It has been 3 years, today since they were beheaded. It is also the twins 13th birthday." I gasped.
"What?" Maggie asked.
"My...my mother's name is Alice, and...today is my 13th birthday." I said. Maggie started to cry. "What's wrong?" I put down my umbrella. So did she. I walked closer to her.
"I am one of the twins." She said, "And so are you." She took the hood off of her jacket. Then I realized, we had the same small lips, big blue eyes, light blond hair, and small nose. She hugged me and we both cried.
