Don't want to believe it.
Elegant, delicate wings
You make my heart flutter
You bring hope to a cloudy day
A spark to a dying heart
Don't wanna let you go
What if you break when you fly?
Don't wanna see you go
What if we forget?
But I know you'll never touch the sky
If I don't let you go.
Yet before I say goodbye,
I hold you close and whisper,
Will you stay by my side?
I already know the answer though.
So I release you to the heavens
Where the sun kisses the clouds
And the skies meet the infinite.
You look so beautiful
In your last dance,
In your graceful flight
