This darkness in me, the one I fear
Does nothing but tear holes in my heart
These bittersweet tears
Do nothing to stop your poison-laced dart
This dark game of chess
This growing numbness
This widening chasm
That makes my chest spasm
This trembling house of cards
Won't go unmarred
It's all falling apart
Like my dying heart
So thrown on the ground
I beg you
Please let me drown
Because killing me is all you do
And all you ever will.
