Everything Went Black

You slid into the kitchen. It was pitch black, but even through the darkness you found your way to your most prized knives. Your hair dripped the out door weather and fell onto your shakey hand, which grabbed the handle to the drawer and quickly opened it.

Many types of blades lay inside, along with many different sizes. You decide to grab your largest one. A normal kitchen knife with a black handle. The length was just as long as your elbow to your finger tips.

You heard slow and quiet footsteps behind you, stopping before the kitchen. Your smile strengthens as you try to hide it. Gripping your weapon, you turn to face Him.

"You're a feisty one." He said smiling. His voice was calm and happy. The sound of it sent another shock through your body. It made you feel excited and happy.

"What's with the smile, huh?" He asked slighly. Without realizing it, you let your smile show, but that didn't matter now. Heart punting loudly, hands shaking, you couldn't help it. You were having fun.

"I'm just having a bit of fun." The words rolled off your tounge slighly, and happy like. The adrenaline filled your body as you stood there in frount of him. Energy in your body irradiated heat and you could feel yourself sweat a bit. It would be a great night.

"Is that so?" He said calm and smooth in his low, deep voice. It was sweet to hear and your ears took in as much as they could, like a newly turned vampire sinking it's teeth into its first live prey. Each second of time seemed to have stopped with every word, yet while you listened to each word sliding off his lips, you notice him fade into a shadow, then vanish like a black mist on a warm day.

You stood there, heart pounding, mind spinning in confusion. He was gone. Your muscles relaxed and loosened your grip on the blade. With each moment, you pondered where he had gone, until you felt something slid across your mouth, covering it, and squeezing it shut. Your eyes widened oin surprise, and you began to breathe faster! You chocked on the lack of air but quickly recovered as you breathed through your nostrils. Soon enough you felt a cold arm slither around your throat, and stopped there. Leaving you with the anticipation of what may happen.

"What? No more smile?" He asked in a teasing manner. For as much as you wanted to struggle and escape, your mind reminded you what position you were in. You felt his hand squeeze you neck slightly and get tighter every second. You could feel the air getting blocked in your throat, and you tried gasping for air.

"It's just a matter of seconds now..." He spoke as if he had something important to say.
"Before you fall asleep." He continued. His voice got deeper, darker, different.
"Do you want to know my name, (Y/N)?" He spoke your name sweetly, kind like, and as if he had already said it a thousand times before. If not for the conditions you were in, you might have wondered how he had known your name.

Soon enough, a raging pressure developed in your head, you felt faint. Your vision became blurry, and your body became limp. You decided that it would've been smarter to have fought back, but by this moment, it was too late.

"My name is An-" everything went black.
