(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
It was already 5:37 am and I really want to sleep. Ever 4 hours Dr. Nishikino would come inside the room to make sure that I won't faint. Just looking at Eli and Maki without a blanket seems kinda unfair so I gave them my blanket besides there's always an extra blanket... I think...
“I want to sleep...” I yawn while staring at the TV. The show was boring so I turned the TV off. Then I heard shuffling then I look at Eli and Maki.
“Good morning.” I said and they slowly open their tired eyes

“What time is it?” Eli said as she try her best to stay awake

“Um... 5:53 am...” I said and Eli nodded and went back to sleep. While Maki stood up

“Where ya going Maki-chan?” I asked and she blushed

“Does it matter?” Maki said coldly while she cross her arms and I sigh and she went outside. It was quiet again since Eli went back to sleeping
“I'm bored. Want to play Truth or Dare?” Eli said and I look at her clearly surprised

“Sure... I'll go first I'll go with Dare.” I said and Eli stood up and thought

“I dare you to... Um... K-k...” Eli blushed and and look down

“K? What? Kick?” I said and Eli shook her head

“Kiss... Me...” I blushed and Eli's face was the same color as Maki's hair and I nodded and slowly stood up and went towards Eli it seems like Eli was busy thinking so I used the chance to kiss and I pulled away quickly
“Your turn, Truth or Dare?” I said and Eli blushed

“Not fair!!" She playfully punch my shoulder and I chuckle and walked towards my bed and sat down
“I'll go with Truth.” Eli said and I thought

“Hmm... Do you love Nozomi?” I smirked and Eli didn't blush or stutter she just shook her head
“Sorry to break your NozoEli ship but I love someone else.” Eli smirked and I pouted and look away
“My turn I'll go with Truth.” I replied calmly while smirking and Eli thought

“Why would you pick truth?”

“Your dares are really strange...” I said and Eli sweat drop and nodded and Eli sigh

“Alright I'll go with Dare.”

“Hug Maki from behind and whisper ‘What are you doing, princess? ’ in a husky and seductive voice.” My nose began bleeding while imaging and Eli sigh

Eli's P.O.V.

“How many ships do you have that involves me?” I asked and he looked serious

“Well, there's NozoEli, EliMaki, NicoEli, HonoEli, EliUmi...” [These are the girls that I ship Eli with but NozoEli is my Top Canon! Comment if you agree with the ships]
“Your so weird... Fine a dare is a dare...” I stood up and went outside and Maki was there just outside the door standing her back facing the door she was thinking really hard and I noticed (Y/N) in the door waiting for it to happen with his phone in his hand and I sigh and walked towards Maki and hugged her from behind and she flinched
“E-Eli?! What are you doing?” I swear to god I will kill (Y/N) after this dare!

“The question is, what are YOU doing. Princess~?” I said in a husky and seductive tone and Maki turned around blushing
“W-whats gotten into you?! W-why do you sound like that?!” I'm lucky no one was near by if someone saw us I will die because of embarrassment!
“Well the answer is obvious... Its a dare.” I began laughing and Maki pouted

“Mou... Why didn't you tell me in the first place?!” She crossed arms while blushing madly and I continue to laugh
“It wouldn't be funny if you knew.” I said and Maki sigh

“Come on let's go inside the room.” I said while I pulled her wrist and she sigh and began walking when we went inside the room (Y/N) was inside the seating down as if nothing happened

“Alright your turn, Truth or Dare?” I said and he smirked

“Truth.” He said while looking at me with that challenging (E/C) eyes and I smirked

“Pick 1 Me or Maki?” I said and he flinched and began fiddling left his index finger with his right index finger he looked down while blushing
“Eh? What k-k-kind of a question is that?!” Both Maki and (Y/N) it in unison

“W-well... I would pick none... The two of you are really beautiful, talented and amazing, I just couldn't pick 1! Its hard ya'know!” He said and I was shock because of his answer
“I'll go with t-truth...” I stuttered and Dr. Nishikino entered

“Ah, I see that Ayase-san is awake. Good morning.” He bowed and I bowed as well then he walked towards (Y/N) to check his pulse
“When will I stop drinking this pills?” (Y/N) asked

“Until you finish 5 containers.” Dr. Nishikino said and (Y/N) nodded

“Can't I have 5 containers instead of 2?”He suggested and the Dr.Nishikino nodded and handed him 3 more containers
“If you don't finish this you won't be able to leave this hospital, got it?” (Y/N) sigh and nodded then Dr.Nishikino went outside the room. (Y/N) grab 1 pill and drank it.
“Why is this happening to me?! ” He complained and Maki and I giggled silently and after a few hours later Honoka and Umi arrived then me and Maki left... We were both lucky that (C/N) didn't ambush us... But who knows she could be near by...
