Chapter 21

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

I opened my eyes and look around the room, I looked at the time and it was already 8:40 am I sat up and placed my right hand on my forehead since my head started hurting.
"Ughh it hurts." I mumble and look around for water, eventually I found one, I drank it and felt refreshed but it didn't stop my painful headache. I sigh and lay down again praying that this headache would be gone.

How wrong was I? Absolutely.

When I woke up again I was burning hot! I looked around and saw my food I sat up and grab it, everything was blurry and my headache was even worse... Why? This wasn't a normal fever, cause if it was I would have been able to grab my food with ease even though I'm sick... It felt far more different... It felt even more painful, my heart was beating so fast because of panic and it also hurts. I clenched the upper left side of my shirt tightly since my heart started hurting, I look at the door even though my vision was blurry and saw someone smirking, I widen my eyes when I knew who it was... It was (C/N)...

Nozomi's P.O.V.

Why do I have a strange feeling that (Y/N)cchi is in danger? Maybe I should ask my cards.

I shuffled each card and took out one card and I drop the card after seeing it I was worried and terrified. The card had the word 'The Tower' Elicchi seemed to notice, she picked up the card and look confused.

It didn't take her minutes to figure out who the person is.
"(Y/N) is in danger! C'mon we need to go!" Elicchi said while she ran towards the roof where everyone had just started morning practice

"Eli-chan? Nozomi-chan? What's wrong you both seemed worried." Kotori asked and I look at Elicchi

"We need to go to the hospital (Y/N) is in danger!" She shouted and everyone gasped then they didn't waste any time and we all ran. That's right we ran all the way to the Nishikino Hospital.

Maki's P.O.V.

Maybe (C/N) already found (Y/N)! But how? (C/N) is a wanted fugitive, how could she find (Y/N) when she is wanted? Unless...
"Could it be possible for (C/N), to dye her hair and wear eye contacts?" I said and everyone looked even more worried.

"There is a possibility, but for now let's worry about-"

"Well, well look what we have here." We all stopped running to see (E/N).

"You guys go! I'll take her down! Nya!" Rin said and we look at each other then nodded, then we continued running. Each of (E/N)'s friends appeared one by one until there remaining was Eli, Nozomi and me.
"C'mon we need to hurry!" I said and they both nodded then we ran.

When we entered the room there we found (Y/N) he looked at us while clenching his upper left part of his shirt
"What... Did you do?!" He struggled to shout out those words

"W-what do you mean?" Nozomi said and the three of us were confused

"Don't lie (C/N)! I know you did something!" He shouted his eyes were blank it didn't show any emotions.

"Could it be...? (Y/N) is hallucinating? He thinks we are (C/N)!" I half whispered half shouted.

"Stop whispering things to (E/N)!" He shouted once again and this time he stood up.

"Don't! Your not allowed to go near the door your only allowed to go to the bathroom!" Eli shouted and (Y/N) glared at Eli.

"Shut up! I don't care what you say as long as I can kill you, you almost killed my friends!" He said while grabbing Eli's collar and he lifted her, Eli punched his arm but (Y/N) didn't flinch.
"(Y/N)! Snap out of it! Your killing Eli!" I shouted and (C/N) appeared behind us.

"Ara ara what an interesting scene." She smirked and I punched her.

"What did you do to?!" I said while punching her and she only smirked.

"Nothing." I stopped punching her and stare into her eyes, her eyes were telling the truth

"Liar!" But I didn't believe her, I punched her until Nozomi grab (Y/N)'s pills and noticed the numbers. I looked at her

"Maki! Eli! (Y/N)'s pills is expired!" She shouted and I look at (C/N)

"T-then, w-why?" I stood up and look at my hands and there were blood, my hands began shaking I look at (C/N) who was smirking.

"Y-you planned this didn't you?!" I shouted and she shrug

"Maybe maybe not. (Y/N) let go." She commanded and (Y/N) dropped Eli

"Okay Eli-chan." He said and Eli looked shock. We all stood there in silence.

"Snap out of it (Y/N)cchi! I know your stronger than this!" Nozomi shouted and (Y/N) looked at Nozomi, then his eyes were back to normal...

"Huh?" He said before fainting.

"Crap!" (C/N) shouted while running outside the room then we carried (Y/N)'s body.

"What on earth happened here?" We looked at the door and it was dad

"One of (Y/N)'s pills were expired."

"Expired? But all of the pills I gave him expires next year. Unless... Someone switched it." He said and we look at (Y/N)'s unconscious body.

"I think we know who switched the pills." Eli said and dad looked confused

"Who?"

"(C/N)."
