BELATED BIRTHDAY SPECIAL!!!

Happy belated birthday to our No. 1 Idol! Yazawa Nico (July 22). I was kinda busy with our dance so I couldn't update the birthday special exactly at Nico's birthday. And plus I still have sooooo many assignments and projects T-T

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

I sigh while drinking my favorite drink I watched u's while they practice for their next live.
"You know if your really bored you can go home early, I can take care of myself." I looked at the speaker and it was childhood best friend, Yazawa Nico.

"Who said I'm bored? I'm only tired." I plainly said while hugging her. To be honest I love Nico, not in a friendly type of love. More of a romatic type of love...
"Hey you still there?" I realized I was spacing out again I looked at Nico again and smiled

"Of course I'm still here, anyway you should go before Umi starts shouting." I said and Nico smiled and nodded she turn around and began walking towards the rest, when she was near Maki she turned around and did the 'Nico nico nii~' pose and I lifted my right hand and showed the same pose.

It is already 6:10 pm and now I'm currently waiting for Nico and the rest. I looked at the sunset and I thought to myself 'it would be a great chance to confess because of the sunset, if Nico would reject me at least the sunset will brighten my mood or probably would make things feel even worse... But if she loves my back I'm sure the sunset would be a great view... But I'm sure she likes-'
"Enjoying the view?" I quickly looked at the person and it was

"Maki?" I said while walking towards her.

"Nico and the rest is looking for you, you should probably go." She said and I nodded then walked towards the door but before I could I turn around.
"What about you?" I asked and Maki smiled and shook her head.

"Hey (Y/N), do you love Nico?" She said and I blushed and shook my head.

"You know you shouldn't lie about your feelings, trust me you'll regret it."

"Regret?" I asked, dumbfounded.

"I'm sure you'll understand, c'mon let's go. Nico and the rest might start worrying." Maki went outside the roof first leaving me and my thoughts
"What does she mean by regret?" I asked myself before stepping outside the roof.

When the rest parted ways I was alone with Nico, things were surprisingly quiet...
"Hey... Um... I know this may sound weird but do you love someone?" I asked and Nico looked at me clearly confused.
"What do you mean?" She asked and I sigh and shook my head.

"Never mind..."

The rest of the walk was really awkward but I'm glad we arrived at Nico's house safely.
"Um... Goodbye." I said and Nico hugged me and closed the door then I went home silently.

"So when are you going to confess?" Eli asked and I immediately look at her with a very visible blush on my face.
"After her birthday..." I looked away and sigh.

"Speaking of birthdays, Nico's birthday is just around the corner why don't we surprise her?" I suggested and everyone smiled and nodded.

"So let's plan this at my place, okay?" I said and everyine smiled and nodded.

"Alright Kotori, Eli and I will be in charge of the food, Maki, Hanayo and Nozomi you guys are in charge of the decorations and lastly Rin, Honoka, Umi you three will distract her." I said and everyone nodded
