Heya people! And also HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY(Laconia-chan)BEST GIRL! A.K.A. AYASE ELI!!! Alrighty now unto the birthday special!

Eli's P.O.V.

"You guys sure I should tell her?" (Y/N) said and everyone nodded, well not everyone I wasn't inside the room, So while I was gone we discussed something important.

"I don't think we should tell Elicchi for now, we need to keep this a secret. Who knows what might happen if we would tell her." Nozomi said and I couldn't help but feel betrayed, they knew something but I don't...
"Maybe you're right, if Eli-chan finds out we might as well give up." (Y/N) said and I couldn't help it anymore I walked away, I went home feeling betrayed by my own friends and being betrayed by my boyfriend... 

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

"But if we hide this secret wouldn't she feel betrayed?" Nico-chan said and I sigh

"Well as long as we don't give her clues or act suspicious  this birthday surprise will be a success." I said and everyone nodded

"Besides Eli's birthday is coming up, so we don't have to hide it that long." I said and everyone smiled and nodded
"Anyway, we should probably surprise her during our practice."Umi-chan suggested and everyone including me looked confused
"What are you saying Umi-chan?" Honoka-chan said and Umi-chan sigh

"What I mean is, when practice is over Eli will walk towards the door and when she opens the door (Y/N) you will surprise her while holding the cake and then we will prepare the food as fast as possible-"

"But how?" Kotori-chan asked and Umi-chan thought

"Never mind let's just surprise her with the cake." Umi said and everyone giggled

Eli's P.O.V.

I sneezed while taking a bath, today was another day at school and I still couldn't help but feel bothered... But I sigh deeply before leaving the house. On my way to school I saw Maki and Nico. I approached them and said,
"Good morning, Maki and Nico." I said and they both turn around and smiled at me but I'm sure that they're hiding something.
"Good morning, Eli-chan." They said in unison then we went to school. 

"Ah Good morning Eli-chan, Maki-chan and Nico-chan!" We turn around and saw Honoka-chan running towards us
"Good morning Honoka, I'm surprised you manage to wake up early." Nico said and Honoka giggled then when we entered the school we went to our respective classrooms.

We were in the school rooftop practicing obviously, while practicing (Y/N) wasn't here to watch us practice since he was busy with something and plus his school is far from Otonokizawa... But I still focused on practicing.
"Alright, 5 minutes break." Umi said and everyone sat down and began drinking water. Then I got a text from (Y/N).

From: (Y/N) 
To: Eli

I'm sorry I can't watch you guys practice, something happened... And it is important.

I wonder what happened but it must be really important... 
"Elicchi..." I look up and saw Nozomi and I stood up and waited for her to continue her sentence

"Why don't we go buy some snacks later?" She smiled brightly and I nodded slowly, I still couldn't feel bothered so I grab her right wrist,
"Wait." I said and Nozomi looked back clearly confused.

"Are you guys..." I looked down to my shoes not looking at Nozomi,

"Hiding something from me?" I look up straight in her eyes and she looked shock because her eyes widen and she shook her head
"Why would we hide something from you?" She said but I knew it was a lie

"Stop lying!" I shouted and grab my things and left the rooftop

"Eli wait!" Nozomi shouted but I didn't turn around or glance at them I continue running, to the point where I didn't notice I was outside the school I tightly closed my eyes then when I opened my eyes there was a speeding car I widen my eyes and slowly closed them
"WATCH OUT!" That voice... I open my eyes and saw (Y/N) and then he pulled me and then I widen my eyes when I saw that it was (Y/N) who got hit by the car. I ran towards him and then checked his pulse then the driver of the car went outside his car and inspected it when he saw (Y/N) he widen his eyes. Then he ran to (Y/N)'s side and checked for (Y/N)'s pulse then he carried (Y/N) body and place his body at the back.
"We should get your friend to the hospital before we lose him." He said and I nodded then I went to the front seat then we quickly went to the hospital. When we made it there we carried (Y/N)'s body then when the nurses saw (Y/N) they immediately helped  us, we carefully placed (Y/N)'s body on the stretcher then they went to the ER. I prayed that (Y/N) would be fine.
"I'm really sorry about your friend... If only I drove slowly none of this would have happened!" He shouted and I just looked at him
"I'm also sorry if I watched where I was going none of this would have happened..." I said placing all the fault to myself but he tap my shoulder
"You know, you shouldn't always blame yourself." He said and I nodded then after a few hours of waiting the doctor finally went outside the room. I stood up immediately
"How is he?" I asked and he fixed his glasses and he said

"He is fine but he broke his left arm but he should be free to go after 1 week." He said and I bowed 
"You can now visit him." He said and bowed and left then I went inside and saw him looking at his left arm which was now covered in cast and bandage and a cloth when he noticed me entering he smiled
"Hey Eli." He said and I felt as if my heart was about to be broken

"Why?" I said not looking at him straight in the eye.

"What do you mean?" He asked and I didn't notice that tears were falling.

"Why did you save me?" I asked and he chuckle

"Why? The answer is obvious, I love you that is why I saved you." He said sweetly and I sobbed 

"Now, now you shouldn't cry too much or else you'll look terrible." He joked but I ran towards him and gave him a hug and he soon hugged back, then he wiped my tears using his thumbs then he rub his thumbs on my cheeks and I blushed
"You know I prefer to see you smile, why don't you smile for me?" He said and I nodded and smile
"There, you look much more prettier." He said and I playfully punch his right arm then we laugh, soon the rest of the members arrived

"You know, we can still tell her." Nozomi smirked and (Y/N) looked at her and he smile

"Yeah, I hope she didn't forget that today is a special day." He said and I was confused, who are they talking about?
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELI!"  They shouted in unison then the door opened and then it was Kotori-chan bringing the cake I covered my mouth using my hands and stare at the chocolate cake.
"I was supposed to surprise you but after that accident... Well... Never mind about the surprise." He said and I smile and then I blew the candles and they started clapping and singing. So far this year's birthday was amazing but at the same time shocking...
