Okay-this is kinda like a part one (sorry for any errors havnt properly done any editing yet). The next chapter wont be part 2 (but dont worry it wont be far behind). Things are going to be going back and forth between characters for a bit. Things will be progressing at a slightly quicker pace.
Im sorry i wont get the next chapter out tonight as i orginally planned-between sleep, work and trying to manage a social life (esp with the weekend)-its hard to sit and write. but rest assured i know what's coming up next.
I wont keep you waiting too long. Dont forget to VOTE or Comment

Ella POV
Spending the afternoon with Ross, enabled me to see why Rach likes him so much, its so easy to be comfortable around him. And not too bad on the eyes either, but I wouldn’t even get into how much of a bad idea that would be.
Rach came home in very high sprits-practically glowing, I didn’t questioned it-I loved seeing her like that-we cooked together that evening all laughing and talking like we’ve been friends all our lives. Everything was going perfect until I made my way to bed, alone. It wouldn’t have been so bad but I certain pair of blue eyes haunted my thoughts-why must that obnoxious jerk have such a lasting effect on me. With one final, frustrating groan I rolled over and willed myself to sleep.
“I’m taking my lunch break now and I‘m thinking a long one. Forward my calls only if it’s an emergency.” I told my assistant.
“Not a problem. Might I suggest you try this new restaurant that opened up.” she took out a card from her desk and handed it to me. “It’s a special invite they’re giving out since they’re newly opened.”
“Hmm…why not.” I turned over to the back of the card and noticed a name on the back ‘Moore’. “Moore?” I asked.
“I don’t know, I got it from a friend. Just enjoy it-I’m not gonna use it.” she said with a very impish grin. I didn’t give it a second thought I just made my way towards the car park.
The restaurant was very modern and stylish-seems to attract the business elite of this city. Not my first pick for my daily lunch stop, but one day to indulge couldn’t hurt. I approached the hostess and handed her the card-at first she looked a little confused but then flipped it over and understanding washed over here face.
“Please if you could follow me, your party is already waiting.” Did she say ‘party’?
“I’m sorry come again?” I said trying to catch up with her. She didn’t seem to hear or rather she chose not to just kept walking with a very intent gait.
“Here we are.” she said stepping out of the way allowing me to get a perfect view of the table she was blocking. I was so dumbfounded, I tried to form words-but all that came out was blubbering sounds. He stood up and told the hostess thank you and to send the waiter over. After which he turned his full attention to me, I snapped out of my state of shock, when he placed is hand on the small of my back and motioned towards the chair for me to sit.
“What is this?” I asked-well more like commanded.
“What is what?” his tone was quite serious but I could see the amusement behind his eyes.
“Your playing dumb again, Mr. Moore.” he laughs at the use of his last name.
“I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean Ms. Rodriguez.”
“Fine, then I’m leaving-I told you I am not into playing games.” I stood up to make my leave and he grabbed my wrist not enough to hurt me-but enough to further piss me off. I was about to blast him back to hell when he started.
“Please I only wanted to apologize. I know my methods, were under handing to say the least, but I assure you I have the purest of intentions.” All the steam that I had built up vanished and I couldn’t help but smile back at his pleading blue eyes.
“Fine. But know that I’m only sitting back down because I skipped breakfast and at this point I could eat…” I was cut off by the waiter. He took our drink order and handed us the menu.
“You could eat…?” he pressed for me to finish my sentence. ‘You’ was what I wanted to really say.
“Nothing. Change of topic.” I answered.
“Okay. How was your day?” Once again, the man had me speechless-I turn up here to have a lunch date with me, myself, and I-and I get escorted to a reserved table with him sitting across it and he opens with “How was your day?”
“ My day so far was fantastic, thank you. And yours.” I snapped at him.
“Looking brighter by the minute.” I had to look away to hide my blush. Thankfully the waiter came back and allowed me to recollect myself before having to face him again.
“ Look, Mr Moore I don’t mean to be rude but I think you owe me an explanation. Don‘t you?”
“ Ah. Well its quite simple really. I wanted to see you again and I knew how we left things the last time- more than likely you would not have acceded to my request willingly.”
“Probably not.” one corner of his mouth lifted forming a lopsided grin. “So you just decided to orchestrate this little ruse. Very well played I must admit-getting my assistant involved-how, when?”
“That was the easy part. See most women take to my charm instantly.” His grin widened into a full blown smile and I took notice of the dimples that just made me want to swoon. Keep it together Ella, don’t let this guy get to you.
“ Well I guess you must be doing something else with them-because I’ve yet to see any of this so-called charm.” His smiled faltered and I could feel one creeping up on my face. “So how about it Mr. Moore-am I gonna get to experience this charm.”
No, No, No, flirting with him is not going to make the situation any better.
“ Please call me Dylan.”
“Okay, you can keep calling me Ms Rodriguez.”
“Really?” he looked a little taken aback by my statement.
“Well why not, you seem so fond by it. And I think it is better if we keep this formal-no need for things to get intimate.”
“I must admit, I am a little disappointed to hear that-but I won’t push the issue. I’ll take what I can get for now.”
“For now? Why do you say that like….”
“Because it will.” he said cutting me off. This arrogance of this man-is unbelievable who does he think he is. “ What I mean to say is Ms Rodriguez-is that I would like it to happen again-with your consent.”
“ Dylan…” I drew out a long sigh
“Don’t give an answer yet. Sit, eat and just enjoy this afternoon with me. If it doesn’t work out-you wont here from me again.”
“Okay. I can live with that.” This is a fair deal, one lunch-just to get it out of my system. The guy is a jerk anyways-we clash too much. It would never work out, maybe after this date he would see this too. Date? Did I just say date-I think he isn’t the only one that needs some convincing.
