It's Complicated // H.S & L.P

Chapter 4

Harry and I were soon to be driving in his range rover around London. The roads all looked so familiar but yet still so strange. Harry had one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding my hand. 

"Today has been surprisingly good, I've enjoyed it" I said turning to face him.

"Yea it's been alright... did you want to come back for the show?" Harry asked.

"Yea that would be nice" I answered; we then drove around a little more and decided to have early dinner. There was a nice restaurant that had just opened up so Harry and I decided to try something new. The sign read 'Spiral Delights' which sounded weird but when we looked at the menu it all sound delicious. Harry ordered a light an easy meal, barramundi with a salad and chips with a light beer and I ordered chicken with a side salad and a white wine.

Backstage waiting for the boys to go on I talked to a few of the contestants about how nervous they were and they were telling me they were a fan; of me. They made my day even better and I took a few quick photos' before they went on. The one that stood out and who I was rotting for, Ashley, she was extremely nice and I wished her good luck and told her she had my vote. In the background I heard the song was over so I moved to the side hoping to see the boys but I got nothing. The contestants were called on staged and I gave a quick smile to Ashley in hope she does well.

"Boo" A familiar voice said making me jump. When I turned I saw Danielle standing in front of me.

"Oh wow, it's good to see you" I said giving her a friendly hug.

"How have you been" She asks.

"I'm doing well, what about you" I answered.

"Yea it's been tough but I've been doing the best I can" I showed her I really cared and tried hard not to make anything seem obvious.

"Well it was great seeing you, we should catch up one day" I said when I saw the boys walking in a different direction.

"Oh yes definitely, alright catch you later" Danielle said as she gave me a quick hug and went towards the crowd. Harry spotted me as I walked towards him so I tried doing something cute and did a run and jump thing so Harry could catch me.

"You're such a geek" He said as he catches me.

"Yea but I'm your geek" I said before meeting his lips. We stuck around until the after show and I was so excited Ashley got through and so was she.

"Thank you so much" She said interrupting Harry and I.

"What for, you did a wonderful job I'm excited for" I said embracing her with a quick hug.

"Thanks anyway, maybe you should come every week and be like my lucky charm"

"Well I do watch the show every week and it is something to think about, but Simons your mentor you'll do fine" 

"Of course she'll do fine" Harry butted in.

"Thanks that means a lot" Ashley said then gave Harry a quick hug and went off to find her family.

"She asked you to be her lucky charm?" Harry asked.

"Yea, I know weird right, but I feel special" I answered. Harry smiled and I reached his lips and kissed them slow and tenderly. 

"Look we have One quick interview and we can go home" Harry said as he dragged me further back stage.

"Fine I'll wait and watch" I said trying to keep up with his pace.

"Great just don't get annoyed with the questions"

"Why how irritating are they going to be?" I asked.

"You'll see" Harry answered as we entered the room. When I walked in Louis, Liam and Zayn were play fighting on the couch and Niall well he was walking over to the couch with a handful of chips. 

"Harry nice of you to join us" Liam spat out adjusting himself on the couch. Shaking my head I moved quietly towards the wall. The interview didn't look like anyone I knew but I watched as he spat out the questions of how the past year has been and a few questions from the fans. 

"Ok so Niall, Gemma Horan, wants to know what the deal is with Amy." The interviewer asked.

"Well we are just really great friends, what the fans don't realise is that you can just be friends with a female just like you can be with a male" Niall answered.

"There you have it, now Harry how have things been with your girlfriend?" 

"Ah yea they've been great I couldn't off asked for a better one, she is amazing and the fans seem to love her" Harry smiled as he answered.

"So how long have you been together?"

"Ah about 16 months"

"Long time, ok over to Liam, are you currently seeing anyone" The interviewer asked and Liam look straight at me then back at the interviewer.

"I've put myself out there but nothing has really clicked or expected to go the way I wanted it to" Liam answered. The question was expected but it hit me like a ton of bricks.

"Ok so Zayn and Louis, are there any chance that you will put a ring on your girlfriends finger?" Asked the interview; Louis and Zayn looked at each other before answering.

"It has come to mind but with such busy schedules it's a complicated matter" Louis answered.

"Yea and when do you really have the time to make a commitment" Zayn added.

"Well thank you boys that's all the time we have for today, it was great talking to you and until next time"

When the boys finished the interview they mucked around on the couch then finally got up and Harry slowly walked towards me with people trying to talk to him. Thinking it was cute I snapped a picture of Harry walking closer and tweeted it; 'the one and only after an interview'. In seconds I had re-tweets and favourites as well as comments and I had to laugh.

"What so funny" Harry asked.

"You'll see" I answered. Harry shook his head and gave me a quick kiss before we walked out holding hands. In the car I turned the radio on and 'The Wanted' are playing and I looked at Harry's face and it tensed so I turned it over and we listen to BBC Radio. 

"What's the plan's for the week?" I asked as we turned down our street.

"Ah, probably the same, I didn't ask but here text Liam and ask him" Harry said passing me his phone. I created a new message and send 'Hey man what are the plans for the week' and gave Harry his phone back as he drove into the driveway.

"Why does everyone think that we are getting engaged sometime soon" I asked Harry as he opened to house door.

"I think it's because you've moved in that we are at that stage" Harry answered.

"Ok, well I would have thought Louis and Eleanor would be engaged, they've been together for a long time"

"I know but I think Louis said he'll wait until she finishes her schooling" Harry then said as I walked towards the kitchen. I pulled out a bottle of water and walked into the study where Harry now was. Giving him a cute kiss goodnight I then headed to the bathroom and washed my face then striped into my underwear and slid into bed.
