Charlie and I peer into the doorway to something much different from the outside, it was completely furnished with the previous owners' furniture.
"Mom, why did they leave their stuff behind?" I ask while stepping in still holding Char,
"It was an estate sale so they left everything behind." she simply replies while examining the furniture.
"How many rooms are there?" I ask Mom
"There are seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and one of the bathrooms are conjoined with two bedrooms." She replies.
"Omg, are you serious?!" I ask excitedly, Gaping at her.
"Yes Olive, now give me Char and go look for your conjoined bedrooms."
After taking two steps at a time I open every single door in the hallway, "oops that's a closet" I mumble to myself opening the door after finding three bathrooms and five bedrooms I finally come across my room and Charlie's but his is separate due to the bathroom. My room has four big Bay windows and a walk in closet, jumping happily up and down I suddenly stop when I hear scraping somewhere. Shrugging my shoulders probably some kind of bug or something, walking out of my bedroom I head over to the banister overlooking the downstairs when my ears pick up running and things being thrown in the room next to mine. Raising an eyebrow I quietly walk over towards the door and push it open the scene in front of me surprises me.
My brother's new room is completely destroyed by his toys flown everywhere, then there lays my brother passed out on the floor face down cradling his favorite teddy bear. Chuckling to myself I find a throw blanket on the floor so I pick it up and cover him with it, walking out my stomach growls indicating hunger and I realize I'm starving. In search of my mother and food which meant delivering Pizza, ugh opening every door even going outside I didn't see a sign of her, groaning my fears grow when I think to myself the only place I hadn't checked was the basement.

Guys this is my first book and the second book is way better and longer, with the help of friends on here they really did make this book and the second one great.
