" Family Of Marcus Smith . " The Doctor said .

" That's us . " We said as we all stood up .

" Great news , your son has made it threw surgery . " She smiled .

We all cheered . " When can we see him ? " I asked .

" Well there in the progress of moving him into a room and so in about 10-15 minutes . " She said .

" Alright , thank you . " Kayla smiled .

" No problem . " She said as she walked off .

" Nigga wake your as up ! " I said as I hit Trey in the back of the head .

" Man what you do that for ? " He said .

" So you was smoking . " I said

" Do you we really gotta talk about this . " He said .

" Yeah , I didn't raise no dumbass . " I said . " I know your going threw a lot but that don't mean you need to go around smoking , you trying to die at the age of 30 ! " I said as I sat next to him .

" No . " He said .

" Then this needs to stop . " I said .

" Fine . " He said . We got up and went to Marcus's room . When we walked in he was hooked to bunch of things and Kayla busted out crying .

" I ok mommy , see . " Marcus cheesed . Kayla smiled and walked over to him .

" How you feeling baby . " Kayla said as she kissed his cheeks .

" I feel good mommy. " He said as he closed his eyes . We kissed him goodnight then walked out to the waiting room .

" Do you want us to bring you and Marcus some clothes or are you coming home . " I said .

" I'm gonna stay with Marcus . " She said . I smiled and hugged her then kissed her forehead before leaving .

I'm so glad that Marcus is ok , I didn't know what I would do if he didn't make it . I walked into his room and seen Troy . What the fuck !

I closed the door . " What are you doing here ? " I asked.

" Visiting my son . " He smiled .

" Marcus isn't your son . " I said .

" Why are you lying . " He laughed . " He looks a lot like me ." He said .

" Get out . " I said .

" Why ? " He asked . " Oh yeah cause you know it's true . " He said .

" You never cared about Marcus before , so why now ? " I asked .

" You never let me see him . Kayla you can't keep my son away from me . " He said as he kissed my forehead before he walked out . I closed the door and laid on the couch soon falling asleep .
