" Mommy who was that ? " Mia asked . I shut the door and walked into the living room .

" Mommy ! " Mia screamed .

" Mia stop fucking screaming ! " I yelled . She looked at me and walked away .

" Mom you ok ? " Promise asked as she sat next to me .

" Yeah . " I said

" I know it was him , he's back . " She said

" Yeah . " I said

" Everything will be ok . " She smiled . I smiled and hugged her tight . I got up and went to find Marcus .

" Daddy stop ! " I heard Marcus laugh . I smiled and went into his room .

" Hi mama . " He cheesed .

" Hi baby . " I smiled as I kissed his forehead . " Ray can you get him dressed , he has a doctors apt. " I said .

" Yeah . " Ray smiled . I smiled and walked to Mia's room . I heard silent crying .

" Mia , baby . " I said as I opened the door .

" Go away . " She whispered . I walked over to her and pulled her onto my lap .

" Mommy's sorry that she yelled at you like that , I was just upset . " I said

" It's ok mommy . " Mia smiled as she hugged me . I have to watch how I talk to her because she is VERY sensitive . I smiled and kissed for cheek .

" Ok get dressed so we can go take Marcus to the doctors. " I said

" Ok ! " She smiled as she got off of my lap . I went into Trey's room and seen him up and dressed .

" Morning Ma . " He smiled .

" Morning , are you coming with us or staying with Promise ? " I asked .

" With y'all . " He said as he grabbed his phone . I smiled and walked into my room . I took a quick shower then got dressed .  ( She had on some capris , and some white sandals with a white strapless shirt ). I left my hair down which was now curly . I grabbed my purse then walked downstairs .

" Well be back later . " I said to Promise .

" Ok me and Elena are gonna hit up the mall . " She said .

" Alright . " I said as we walked out to the car . I got in the front seat and started the car . I began driving until I got a call .

" Be quiet guys . " I said as I answered the call . " Hello ? " I spoke

" Hey girl ! I have some news for you . " Ally my sectary spoke

" Like what ? " I smiled as I drove .

" You have 4 new clients that wanna model your new summer clothing line . " She said .

" That's great ! When did you schedule them to see me ? " I asked

" Ok well you have Myah who is 16 and she's coming tomorrow at Three . Then Hannah whose 14 and she's coming tomorrow at Four-Thirty .  Liyah  whose 17 and she's coming Saturday at One-Thirty and then last of all you have Mani whose 18 which is coming at Four on Saturday as well . " She explained

" Ok , that's great ! I'll be in the office in about a hour . " I said as I parked the car .

" Ok see you then . " She said

" Bye . " I said as I hung up . We got out of the car then headed into the Doctor's office . I filled out the paper while the little ones went to play .

" Let's go out to dinner on Sunday . " Ray smiled .

" Ok . " I smiled as I stood up . I walked up to the front desk and gave the lady the paper then sat back down .

" Have you guys heard from my mom ? " Trey asked .

" What ? " I asked kinda shocked by the question .

" I just miss her you know . " He said

" Trey honey everything will be ok . " I said as I got up and sat next to him .

" You don't know that , she hasn't seen me in years , I just thought she would of called or something you know . " He said

" Marcus Smith . " The nurse called . I smiled and kissed Trey's forehead .

" Can you watch your sister . " I said as I picked up Marcus .

" Yeah . " Trey said .

" Follow me . " The nurse smiled . We followed her to back and went into a room .

" The doctor will be here shortly . " She smiled as she walked out of the room .

" You ready to see the doctor . " I smiled looking at Marcus .

" Yay ! " He clapped his hands as the door opened .

" Hi Marcus ! " Doctor Jones smiled as she walked in .

" Hi . " He cheesed .

" Hello Kayla , Ray . How are you guys doing ? " She asked as she shook our hands .

" Wonderful , how about you ? " I asked .

" Good . Now how has Marcus been doing ? " She as she pulled on some gloves .

" He's been doing good . Learning his colors , words and much more . " I smiled .

" That's great ! Today I'm gonna give him a catscan so we can check for any tumors . " She said as she checked his eyes and ears .

" Ok . " I said . We got up and followed her into the room . We put on the sheet things then stood next to her . She laid Marcus on the bed thing then started the machine , it soon made loud beeping noises . After we finished the catscan we went back to the room .

" I'll have the results shortly . " Doctor Jones smiled .

" Ok thank you . " Ray smiled as she left the room . About 20 minutes later she came back in with some papers which stated the results .

" Is everything ok ? " I asked with a worried face .

" Well we have the results and Marcus has a small tumor . " She said . My face dropped and I buried my face into my hands , this can't be happening everything was going fine with my baby boy now he has a tumor !

" I'm so sorry but we can schedule him a surgery . " She said as she placed her hand on my shoulder .

" When ? " Ray asked

" In about 3 months . " She said .

I shot up . " Three months ! " I yelled .

" Yes it's better to see if it dies down . " She said .

" Dies down ?  My son can be damaged from this and your saying he can't have surgery until August ! " I snapped .

" I'm sorry Ma'am . " She said

" Just schedule it . " I whispered .

" I'll be right back with the papers . " Doctor Jones said .

" Kayla it's gonna be ok . " Ray said as he brought me into a hug . I cried into his chest until she came back with the papers . Me & Ray filled them out then left from the back , we got in the car .

" Mom is everything ok ? " Trey asked

" Marcus has a tumor . " Ray said

" We gotta have faith , I know my buddy can make it . " Trey smiled. That day I didn't even go into the office , I went  straight home . Didn't eat nor sleep just cried and cried till there were no more tears left .
