We have been sitting in this hospital for fucking 3 hours with no answer. I got up and walked up to the front desk .

" Do you have any information on Promise Smith . " I said as I tapped my foot .

" No sorry ." The lady said . I walked back over to Ray and sat down . I need answers now , who could of done this .

" Babe everything's gonna be alright . " Ray said as he held my hand . I smiled a little then rested my head on his shoulder. I bet Marcus is terrified considering that he's the one that found his sister in a puddle of blood . Mia and Marcus was sleep and Trey was crying a little , but trying to be strong .

" Family Of Promise Smith . " The doctor said as he flipped threw his clipboard .

" That's us ! " I said as I stood up . " How is she ? " I asked .

" We'll your is daughter just got of surgery , we removed the bullets but she has lost a lot of blood , she will probably stay here for about 3-4 days , her breathing is doing better than it was before of course . We're moving her to a bigger so you guys can follow me to her room . " He said as he began to walk down the hall . We grabbed the kids then followed him to her room , he opened the door and we seen Promise lying down watching tv . We thanked him then walked over to her bed .

" Hey mom , dad . " She smiled .

" Hey honey , how you feeling ? " I asked .

" Alright , just sore . " She said .

Knock , Knock !

" Hello I'm Detective Nicole - it's nice to see you again Promise . " She smiled .

" Hello . " I smiled .

" Now can you tell me what happened ? " She asked .

"We'll I had just got done hanging out with some friends , once I got up to my room , I turned on the light and there she was . We talked some and then she shot me . " Promise explained .

" Who is 'she' ? " Detective Nicole asked .

" Jessica . " Promise said .

" Alright we'll we have some people at your house investing the crime , to look for any fingerprints . " The detective said .

" Alright ." I said .

" Alright we'll keep in touch . " The detective said as she walked out the room .

" Jessica did this to you ! " I shouted .

" Yeah . I should of told you guys earlier , but lately I've been getting these weird messages and phone calls . I've seen Mike a lot lately ." She said as she looked out the window .

" Promise why didn't you tell us any of this ! " Ray asked .

" Because I didn't ! God I don't know ! " She yelled . All of sudden the machine started beeping really fast . I rushed over to her .

" Ray go get a doctor ! " I yelled . He rushed out of the room and went to get a doctor , soon 3 doctors came rushing in and pushed us out .

" She's not breathing right ! Go get me an oxygen mask ! " A doctor yelled . What's going on ?

" Did you kill her ? " Mike asked as I walked into the house .

" I don't know , but I hope . " I said as I sat next to him .

" After we kill her and the family , we can be filthy rich ! " Mike smirked . I smiled and climbed into his lap & kissed him lightly .

" I love you baby . " He smiled .

" I love you too . " I smiled as we began to make out .

" Panic attack . " I said as the doctor spoke to us .

" Yes sir , your daughter has had a panic attack , we ran some test and it says in her records that's she has had them before . " He explained .

" Yeah when she was little but no a lot . " Kayla said .

How come I never knew about this !

" We'll she's gonna start having them more of she can't get enough sleep , fear of things , upset stomach and much more . " He explained .

" Can it kill you ? " I asked .

" No one has really ever died from one . It's not the panic attack that kills you it's the heightened state of anxiety that your constantly under which could come into a heart attack due to the sheer stress your body has been under . You just need to watch her make sure it doesn't get serious that it could lead into one . " He explained .

" Alright thank you . Can we see her ? " Kayla asked .

" Yes , but the medicine we put her under might have her sleep for a little . " He explained as we all followed him to her room .

" She's been shot ! " I said as I jumped up out of the bed .

" Yeah , it's all on the news . I'm catching a plan right now . " Elena spoke .

" I will too , have they said anything else ? " I asked as I grabbed a bag to fill with clothes .

" We'll I have contacted Kayla and she has a disorder . Panic attacks I believe . " Elena said .

" Oh , we'll I'll call you after I get off the plane ! " I said as drove to the airport .

" I'll do the same . " Elena said as she hung up .

" Promise Smith ! " I said as me and Elena rushed over to the front desk .

" Room 256 . " The lady spoke . I said thank you then we rushed to her room with balloons and stuff . Once we reached her room , Elena began to cry , seeing Promise with 2 bandages on her body . One on her stomach and the other around her leg , she also had a breathing mask on , Elena began to cry into my chest . It was sad seeing my baby like this but I had to stay strong .

" She's gonna be ok . " Kayla said as she walked over to is . We hugged her and Ray then sat down . I pray that my baby is ok .
