"can we talk?"

"im not sure. im frustrated. just come in."

"ok..."

i walked into my kitchen, and headed for the pantry. i got out some trail mix and set it in the middle of the island. i sat on one of the stools. kendall followed and sat right next to me.

"so tell me, what happened?'

"people still remebered my names from last year! they came up with new ones too!'

my eyes started to water.

"aw! you should have come to me!"

"i tried you were busy with your friends. when your with your friends you dont acknowledge me.."

i felt a tear run down my face. then there was a momement of silence. i pulled my long soft bruenett hair back into a high ponytail.

"well im sorry if i ignored you. you could have said something."

"well maybe you should acknowledge everyone."

"well maybe if you would talk more maybe would have!"

"well im sorry for being in a bad mood on the first day of school!"

i looked into kendalls eyes. i could see she was mad at me.

"well maybe i will leave.'

i started crying again. i put my head down on the counter as i heard the front door slam shut.
