Chapter 29

Returning to Jiyong hyung's place. I hear the sound of his sewing machine from behind the door of his workshop.

"I'm home..." I whispered to myself again.

I wonder if he really misunderstood what happened in the atelier earlier.

Not feeling in the mood to eat dinner, I remained shut up in my room.

The next morning...

Standing in the front of the door to his workshop, I can still hear the sound of his sewing machine.

"H-hyung, do you want breakfast?" I asked through the door. He didn't answer.

"I'm going to go see Top hyung." I said. Again, I was only answered by the sewing machine.

Ever since I had me Jiyong hyung, I have always looked forward to the weekend. Now, for the first time, I am filled with sadness.

Days pass by...

"Seungri." Top hyung called out my attention as I was spacing out which I have been doing a lot recently.

"Y-yes!" I stuttered. I felt embarrassed at being caught.

"You haven't been getting enough sleep, have you? Neither have you been eating enough..."

"I-I'm sorry..."

"As a model, you must manage your health regardless of the circumstances. Don't make me worry so much."

"U-understood..."

"Did something happen between you and Jiyong?"

I was surprised that he asked.

"CL mentioned it. Honestly... what kind of couple has a fight and end up in Paris? Jiyong I can understand, but I'm surprised that you could be so short-tempered, Seungri."

"Sorry..."

"I'm joking. I'm sure you the only one who Jiyong can act so childishly in front of. And I'm sure he is the only one you can be so honest with as well."

"Huh?"

"You haven't realized yourself? The way you act in front of me, Youngbae, and CL, and the way you act in front of Jiyong is completely different."

He's right. When I'm with Jiyong, I get mad, I cry, I'm always experiencing an array of emotions.

"Regarding Jiyong..." Top hyung continued.

"Y-yes?"

"I've asked that we hurry and resume our photo shoots but he keeps telling me to wait a little longer. Most likely, he has something in mind. I'm certain that he needs you."

"I-I... I don't know..."

"The quality of his work has completely changed since he's met you. Of course, it has positively affected our sales as well. If it were my choice, I would ask you to try and get along with Jiyong. But, of course, I can't make such demands of you. That being said, would it be too much to ask you to be patient a little longer? If you need anything, please talk to CL. Maybe she can help take your mind off of problems."

"O-okay...

After having talked to Top hyung, I went home.

"I'm home..."

That night, I return to Jiyong hyung's place, but there's no sign of him neither can I hear the sound of his sewing machine.

Did he go out somewhere?
