The rest of the week was uneventful. I woke up, went to school, came home did my homework, did my chores, are dinner with dad, read, then went to bed. It is now Friday night at 8:30 p.m. and I'm sitting in my bed reading, when my dad walks in and tells me that it's time for bed as we will have an early morning (yay bootcamp .... not).
At 6:30 a.m. my dad came into my room and blasted on a trumpet to wake me up. I was not amused and threw a pillow at him. He was annoyed. He yanked me out of bed, pulled my pants and underwear down and layed me across his lap. The smacks came raining down.

He then let me up and told me to get into some jogging clothes. I had 5 minutes to be downstairs. I was 5 minutes late. He made me do 10 push ups for each minute I was late. I groaned, which resulted in a smack on the thigh. "Yes, sir. " I said and got down and gave him 50 push ups. I'm very able to do the "boy" push ups...especially since this isn't my first weekend "bootcamp" and I run track, play basketball, and volleyball. I finish the push ups in no time. My dad then leads me outside. We go on a 2 mile jog with my dad and his riding crop encouraging me to go faster (if I don't go as fast as my dad thinks I should, he smacks my butt with the riding crop while yelling at me to speed up... we are on a farm so no witnesses other than my grandparents.) Thirty minutes later, our jog is over. We stopped for 2 minutes after the first mile for a quick drink as it is 80 degrees outside. I also have a very sore butt, since my dad had to use a lot of encouragement as I was super tired.
