Chapter 8

Alyssa POV

When I woke up I had a banging headache. I seen Chres next to me sleep. I just stared at him.

"It's not good to stare."

"Shut up." I said getting up.

I walked into the bathroom and did my morning routine. After I was done I headed downstairs since I didn't see Chres. I gave him a good morning smile and went to get orange juice.

"Good morning baby girl." I heard August voice behind me.

"Good morning." I said taking a sip of my juice.

"You a lil aight." He looked concerned 

"Yeah I feel a lil better."

"Well come upstairs with me real quick. I gotta show you something."

I just looked at him because I was thinking of something else and started visualizing things.

"Get ya nasty head out the gutter you lil nasty and come on." He chuckled as he held my hand as we went up the stairs.

"So what is it that you have to show me?"

"Close ya eyes."

I did as I was told as August said he'll be back real quick. I sat there quietly and looked around my palm in darkness lol. I continue to sit there as I felt arms slither around my waist.

"Open ya eyes love." August said with his sexy accent.

I opened my eyes as I removed my hands. August still had his hands around my waist. I looked down and there was a box in his hands.

"What's this?" I asked trying not to think what it really is about to be.

"Alyssa Marie Garcia. I know we been through a lot, but if you ever need someone I'm always gonna be there for you even if you happy I wanna know that you are so I know you ok." August said as he was on one knee.

"What are you trying to say?"

"I love you and I give you this ring to symbolize our friendship and what we do together to keep one another on track and having our heads up when we down. So do you take this ring?"

I said yes as he put the ring on my finger. He got up and hugged me tight.

Can't even front August have really been there for me even though he may get in trouble with the law sometimes, but he still tries to give me his all.

"August I also have something for you too."

I moved from his embrace and walked to my dresser and got out a box.

"I was going to do this later, but since you wanna get people all types of emotional and shit. Imma give you this ring to symbolize what we got going on because to be completely honest we the shit when we together." I said as he laughed at me knowing that I'm really not good at explaining how I feel to people.

"Well anywho lol I give you this ring and I never wanna see this bitch off. Ok because I might even cut ya dick off if you do." I said putting the ring on his finger.

"You lucky I love you."

"I love you too."

We walked at the top of the stairs and seen that Melissa's door opened with Ray behind her.

"I knew y'all bitches was sneaking around together."

"Shut up." Melissa said whispering so no one else can hear us.

"Ayo bro that's what's up. Did you hit yet?" August said dapping Ray up with a smirk.

"I never kiss and tell." Ray said as he kissed Mel's cheek.

"Girl give me the dets." I went to bring her to my room, but she smelled like Ray and shizz😭😭

"Uhhhh, before y'all continue to walk my house floors smelling like all types of donkey sex😭😷😷

"Stfu. Nobody be telling that to you and August." Ray said trying to come at my head.

"Boy shut yo Jacquees head ass up boi for I REALLY get on you ass." August said laughing mad hard.

"Shut yo kissing on my tattoos head ass up boii." Ray said singing his song as Mel and I was rolling on the ground.

"Mane shut yo background singing, no vocals, my girl my girl don't want you head ass up boi." August said singing one of MB songs.

I was laughing so hard to where I was about to fall down the steps. That's when I seen Mel get up and said some stupid shit.

"Shut yo benediction head ass up boii before I really forget about you head ass." She said as I was done I couldn't breathe no nothing like omg😵😵😰

August just looked at her and then went straight back to Ray. "Shut yo she love me she love me not head ass." August said laughing.

"Aight y'all.....nms....y'all about to make.......dudisbs.....a nigga die and shit." I said mixing up my words as I really couldn't breathe lmaooo💀💀😨

"It was never tat serious Lyssa." August said.

"Shut up."

"Make me."

I looked at him and smirked.

"Aight that's why I'm cheating on you with a nigga named Bugs Bunny."

"You know what bet tell that nigga Bugs that I'm coming after him." He said as we all laughed and went separate ways.

Lucas POV

As I watched them have fun and joke around I'm trying to figure out ways to get Alyssa back. I mean I only went with August plan so he could get Alyssa's heart. I just took part in "loving" her which I actually started to have feelings for her.

Can't front I backed out this situation like so many times but niggas talking about killing my family I can't have that happen.

Imma try to explain everything to her whenever she forgives because I know that's a lot of thinking to process through her head.

I just want to be there for her not August. He shouldn't even be there, but by that nigga being her best friend in the past she immediately attached to him.

I just wanna tell Alyssa that I wasn't apart of that because it was just family or do that and so I did what I had to do. Like ya feel me but I wasn't intentionally trying to hurt her. I apologized to her mom already because like I know that is a scary situation and I dropped out the gang. After I packed my stuff and left.

Sorry I haven't been updating but I was focused with school and finals, but how do you feel about Lucas now?

Is Melissa and Ray gonna go out or be friends with benefits?
