Emiko P.O.V~(age 12)

I walked down the chilly path, heading down to see the boys train. Yagari-Sensei was doing a difficult training and he doesn't want me to get seriously hurt.

I completely went against it, but then I thought about it

Difficult training.......Kato.......

And then I agreed with him. As I was walking, I notice some people down my direction. Then I looked closely and I realize that one of them was Ichiru.

"Ichiru!" I called to him as I ran over to him. He notice my presence as soon as I came by his side out of breath.

"Oh hey, Emi-chan." He greeted as my breathing was stable.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him, "Your suppose to be with the others." He shook his head.

"No, I wanted to talk to my friend." He answered as he stare off to a different direction.

I looked to where he was staring at and I see a woman sitting in a tree.

She has very long silver-white hair and pink eyes. She wears a traditional kimono that simply looks nice on her.

My eyes widened in amazement. She was simply beautiful....not simply, but unbelievably.

And with all the petals from the cherry blossoms flowing around her by the wind, she was a pure vision.

"Shizuka, this is my friend Emiko." Ichiru stated. She showed a genuine smile.

"It's very nice to meet you, Emiko." She said kindly and I blushed.

"I-It's very nice to meet you too." I said nervously and she giggled, making me blush even more.

"Ichiru, she's quite sweet as you said." She stated and now my face is beaming red.

I find it a bit odd for someone like her were to sit in a tree by herself in kimono in this weather. I also notice that she's barefooted and the cherry blossoms......it's not even close to spring.

"Oh Ichiru, It's almost lunchtime," I stated, "Wanna come home and help?" He smiled.

"Okay," he answered as he turns to the lady, "I have to go now." She showed another smile.

"Alright then," she said, "And I'll see you again soon." I bowed respectfully and walked away along with Ichiru.

"And Ichiru," she calls to him and he looked back, "Do not forget...." Ichiru nodded as I looked confused.

Don't forget what?......

As we walked, Ichiru and I were silent for awhile until now.

"How long you knew that woman?" I asked him.

"For awhile now," he answered, "I sometimes sneak away from training to see her." I gasped.

"Ichiru you can't just blow off training," I said, "You'll get in trouble." Ichiru slightly shrugged his shoulders.

"I'm not fit to be a hunter anyway." He stated. I frowned at his statement, but then something else grabs my attention.

"Ichiru, where's your scarf?" I asked him. He then realizes it himself and smiles.

"I forgot it at home." He said sheepishly.

I smiled as I unwrapped my very long scarf only partially to cover my neck. I then used the rest to carefully wrap around Ichiru's neck.

"We can share then." I said happily and he smiles even more.
