Chapter 6

A/N: I'm sorry for the extremely slow update. @JapanDollianne and I are in college now and everything have been extremely dreadful (Mostly for her) lol so I hope you enjoy! (And hopefully, I haven't lost my touch)

Emiko P.O.V~ (Age 16)

I sat in the lounge as I was sketching some random drawings in my book. I drew a lovely flower. I smiled happily at my creation.

As I was drawing, the door opened, revealing Yuuki and Zero. Yuuki notice my presence and she smiled.

"Hey Emi-chan." She greeted happily and I smiled back.

"Hey Yuuki-chan." I greeted back. I look at Zero, smiling. He sees me, but only to look away.

I frown, but just shake it off as I stare at the smiling Yuuki. She notices my drawing and looks closely.

"That's a awesome drawing, Emi." She complimented and I giggled.

"Thanks, but it's not done yet." I stated as I close my book.

"I'll be patrolling now." Zero stated, completely in a different subject.

"Alright, guess I'm going to." Yuuki stated with a sigh. I then stand up, leaving my sketch book.

"I'll come too." I said with a smile.

"No, you're staying here." Zero stated "Remember, Aido-senpai bit you before and you completely freaked out." I frowned.

"B-But..." Zero then interrupts me by coming forward, face to face.

"But nothing," he says, "Stay put. Go nowhere, but your dorm, okay?" I only stared, but then show a closed eyed smile.

"Okay." I said happily. He then leaves the room, leaving me and Yuuki.

"Emiko, why would you let him talk to you like that?" She asked.

"Oh please, think nothing mean of it," I said, "It's just his weird way of showing his concern for me." Yuuki stares at me worriedly.

"Are you sure?" She asked, confirming and I nodded.

"Yes, now go out and make the school a better place." I stated. Yuuki smiled and gives me a quick hug.

"Call me if you need anything." She says and I smiled as she leaves the room.

As soon as I was alone, my smile slowly disappears and sit down, sighing.

I created an another excuse for Zero. He always speaks to me like...like I'm some sort of a different species or something.

And yet, no matter what, I look at him as my dear friend, no matter how far apart we are, no matter how different he treats me.

I picked up my sketch book. I opened it and flip through the pages of my interesting yet random drawings.

Suddenly, a small photo fell out a certain page. I picked it up and it revealed to be my family.

Mom and Dad was hugging, looking like the beautiful couple that I always love and admire.

My younger self was standing in the middle with a big happily smile. Then on my left was Ichiru who was smiling like me. On my right was Zero, showing a smile.

I touched the faces of the twins I grew up with. I couldn't help, but cry as my tears creates a stream from my eyes and down my cheeks and chin

I can feel my tears dripping onto the photo and I hold it close to my chest as I cry harder.

I-I...I missed you...I missed all of you...every moment of my life, I think about this...how we can still be family and be together like we always been...
