i was walking through the hallways where a lot of students usually hang out at and as i was heading to the cafeteria like usual, i heard a male voice calling out my name from behind. it made me automatically stopped my track and looked behind.

oh shit. i widened my eyes for a second.

it was my beloved sunbae, minhyuk, who was catching up onto me.

(sunbae = senior)

i urgently checked myself from the bottom to top, making sure that i was not looking horrible and a mess like how i always do.

okay haru, please act normally which you rarely do and also don't suddenly started doing anything stupid in front of him because that would just scared him away and he wouldn't get any closer to me anymore then.

"hahhh, thank god you're still here!" minhyuk beamed in relief, halting himself in front of me as his heavy breathe was visible between his words.

i was looking at him in awed especially right now that he looks 10x times hotter when he was sweating. until i realized that was totally abnormal of me and quickly snapped out of it, "do you need anything from me sunbae?"

"ah no,,, but anyway this is yours right?" minhyuk took out a notebook with white flowers printed on the black cover of both sides from his branded leather sling bag. he was very sure it was hers as he usually noticed her with the sketchbook like maybe 24/7 hours. yes, he observed her from afar.

"urm, yeah that's mine... well thank you hahah" i reached my hand to grab the sketchbook, out of minhyuk's beatiful hand. i felt like a hint of pink flush appeared on my cheeks as i laughed in embarrassment

"no problem!" minhyuk flashed his bright smile, which one could get blind if only they were looking at him directly.

from this moment, you could tell that i was mentally squealing inside of me, having no control at all.

"i wish i could stay here longer with you but i need to go now" said minhyuk after checking the time on his watch, showing me an apologetic smile of his before finishing his words.

"bUT. maybe we can start hanging out together next time okay? see you when i see you then~" he softly chuckled while patting my head. he began walking in a fast pace, until he completely disappeared from my view.

i blinked my eyes repeatedly suddenly thinking back on where i was supposedly heading to in the first place while looking around me.

"ah, the cafeteria!"

what a forgetful lady i am.
