after the short conversation between minhyuk and i ended, i continued making my way to the cafeteria to buy some snacks to eat and a small carton of chocolate milk before walking back to my rented apartment.

once i arrived at my destination, i searched for the main key and unlocked the door. swinging the door wider and wider just to see my best friend, dohee; who was laying down on her bed, playing with her phone.

heaving out a sigh, i shook my head at her while closing the door behind me. by making a loud slamming door which was obviously on purpose, i succeeded on getting dohee's attention and she averted her gaze at me.

"why are you smiling like that?" the first thing came out from her mouth. confusion can be written all over my face as i was calmly placing converse in the rack of ton of their shoes. i stood up and looked at the mirror that was placed one above the rack shoes and let out a gasp.

"a-am i smiling all this time? shit" i must've look like a total weirdo while at the cafeteria just then. haru haru, you really won't stop embarrassing yourself without you noticing huh.

"is it about that guy again? what was his name again? m-min...."

"minhyuk sunbae" i finished dohee's sentence, rolling my eyes. i've told her about my one and only minhyuk sunbae like a million times already but she still doesn't remember his name. like what the actual heck?

"why do you like him so much anyway?" dohee made a disgusted look while mentioning 'him' i felt myself being offended by such question but not mad because that's literally her everytime were were talking about minhyuk.

"i like him because he is just the way he is" i simply replied and recalled back the moment when we talked in the hallways today. that was the longest time i had actually talked to him. minhyuk can honestly made my day just with a simple 'hi'

while dohee on the other hand,,,, still keeping that disgusted look of hers before rolling her eyes and went back on occupying herself with her phone.

she literally has no life tsk tsk

dohee always behaving like this whenever we talked about boys. just like in other typical story, her ex boyfriend was bored of her and cheated on her with another girl. which the girl apparently was one of her close friends.

after the incident, she doesn't really trust any men 100% anymore.

she was afraid that i would go through the same thing as dohee did, once i get closer with minhyuk. But minhyuk doesn't seems to be those kind of type of guy so it'll be okay...?

the next day;

i was walking down the street heading to my favourite cafés direction which i usually went to whenever i'm free. currently listening to 'grow up' by stray kids while strolling through the park when a new notification popped up in my phone, looking at the screen it was dohee.
