*~ Toni's P.O.V~*
I stood outside putting clothes on the clothes line.
It was nice outside today
This little house in the forest was just enough to keep us safe.
I lived here with my dad Euro and my... son Dark. He doesn't call me mum, but I feel like it at times. He doesn't speak, but he follows me around, and I explain things to him. My dad hasn't been around for a while, but he must be in trouble again. It's been a while since he was taken.... no. I can't think like that right now. I need to stay strong. He'll be okay. He always is...
I turn my head to see Dark holding up a sheet for me, and some wooden pins to hang them up.
I smiled as I took the sheet and the pins, "Thank you Dark."
He just looked at me with his coal colored eyes.
He came from a place that was filled with trees. I don't know the name since my dad never told me it. I could even remember then day... my dad needed to do something, so I walked around the capital that we appeared in. While I was walking in the metal forest near the castle, I found him alone just looking at the sky. He wore clothes that seemed to be royal, or something to that nature. I couldn't tell the difference since some of the people from here were dressed the same way. The clothes were colored dark blue and black. His hair was a tad shorter than it was now, but not enough to cover his eyes.
I walked up to him and asked if he was lost. He just looked at me with the most bored expression imaginable, not saying a word.
'Are you okay?' I squatted to his level so I could see if he was alright
Again, he said nothing but only look at me with a dead expression.
I walked over to him, asking a few more questions, before I gently grabbed his arm. I rolled up his sleeves and I couldn't help but to gasp. His arms were littered in marks and bruises. I looked at him with a horrified expression, and he only tilted his head slightly. As if this was actually normal to him. I stood up quickly and picked him up, and I told him.
'I can heal you and you can show me the people responsible for this! Those who hurt a child are nothing but monsters! Then we can find your parents.' I was furious and worried at the same time
But before I could even move, there was a siren and an army appeared around us... it got all fuzzy after that. But I do remember ash... a lot of it...
I shook my head before quickly put the last sheet on the line.
"There all done for today!" I smiled as I looked down at him.
It'd only been 2 months since we left his world... time does love to fly
