"Shattered, until proven innocent." Blue had said, and Yellow's eyes quickly widened, looking down to the other.

"You should have just let the whole thing go, really Blue." She said, struggling to keep her snarky composure even now.

Blue was silent, before slowly getting back onto her feet and taking off her monocle, rubbing it on her sleeve. "I can't prove my innocence."

"What are you talking about?" Yellow furrowed her brow before smirking widely. "Oooh~ I see. You're asking me for he-"

"That's not it! I can't prove my innocence...Because I AM GUILTY!" Blue shouted in a panic, pressing her hands to the side of her head.

"On what grounds?! You overspoke, a mistake, as long as you state you never believed it to be true, which you do-

Suddenly Blue grabbed Yellow by the shoulder, replacing her monocle back onto her face. "I do." She said in a low voice. "I do believe it."

At this, Yellow looked completely taken aback, and a faint clink was heard, a crack darting its way down her monocle. "You aren't serious."

"We...have to state the truth and nothing but the truth don't we?" Blue had started pacing around the room, flipping screens on and off, sweating anxiously and wiping a hand on her pant leg every so often.

"Blue, you're being ridiculous! Rose Quartz shattered her! We both know this! The facts are clear!" The other Zircon hit her fist into the open palm of her hand as she spoke her case

"The facts are NOT clear, and you know this too!" Blue turned and jabbed a finger into Yellow's chest, anger apparent on her face. "It doesn't add up! Something-"

She was cut off as Yellow shoved her into the wall with a heavy thud, barring her escape by putting her hands on either side of the wall next to her head.

"Get this through your head, Blue! You lost a trial and some some horrid things of our Diamonds, and you're throwing away a chance to redeem yourself and stay intact! What are you doing!?" Yellow demanded, her eyes darting over Blue's face for any source of explanation.

"I have my reasons, now move!"

"I am not moving, you do not go around giving orders like some kind of Agate!"

"Yellow-!" Blue began, her face slowly turning darker and darker shades of blue as she tried to talk her way out.

"No, you are listening to me now, Blue! Our Diamonds are being merciful and granting you a chance!"

"I have no chance! Don't you get it!? I am guilty!"

"Stop, you are not!"

"Stop! Stop this, I know you are just trying to earn yourself a better case and prove that once again, you're better at your job! This...this is my job to take so-"

Suddenly, Yellow grabbed Blue's necktie, yanked on it to bring her closer and slammed her lips against hers in a desperate attempt to make her see why.
