Jay's pov

A couple hours later he heard his mother call out in a sweet tone

  "Kids hurry up were leaving"

He got off his bed and dusted off his clothes before he headed for the door. He made his way down the stairs and went to the living room. His mother, bothers, and his sister were in the living room.

"Oh sweety, your siblings will be riding with me you'll be riding with your grandmother" she said with a sweet tone.

"Don't worry were only going to pick you father up we're all going to meet at the same place, okay sweety" she continued.

The little boy replied "okay" with a shallow voice.

He watched his mother and siblings leave out the door as he sat there and waited for his grandmother to come.

He waited and waited and waited hours on end, no one came for him. He thought to himself 'any minute now, any minute now' soon he started to get tired he looked at the clock it was ten o'clock at night. He sighed and lied down on the discolored couch and closed his eyes as he fell asleep.

"Jay sweety wake up" the little boy heard a sweet suttle voice say.

"Huh?" The little boy questioned as he opened his eyes. He seen his grandmother with a sadden look.

"Sweetheart wake up" he heard his grandmother say again. The little boy sat up as he rubbed his eyes.

"Grandma why did you take so long" the little boy said with a trace of sadness in his voice.

"Sweetheart there's something I have to tell you" his grandmother said as her lip was trembling and had a worry look on her face.

"Your mother, father, and sibling have b-been i-i-in a c-car" she stopped her self as her voice cracked and started stuttering.

"A car crash" she finally said with tears streaming.

The little boy didn't understand what he was hearing he thought it was just a bad dream, he thought he was still asleep. He hoped he still was. His grandmother held him as he cried and cried and cried.

He cried himself to sleep that night in his grand mothers arms he didn't want to wake up he was having a better time asleep. That's really sad  because when most wake up there nightmare ends when he wake up into a night mare. He woke up later to find his grand mother getting dressed.

"Grandma where are you going" the little boy spoke out to say.

"Just get dresses I will tell you later in the car" the grand mother said while trying to smile.

The little boy gets up and gets dressed as he was told he did his regular routen. He leaves the house and gets in his grand mothers car. It felt like hours before they finally came to a stop. They got out of the car and somehow, someway the little boy knew that's where it happened... The crash. As his grandma was talking to some guy in a suit the little boy went close the water as it crashed into the sand. He continued to walk untill the water touched his feet.

"Even if you touch my feet a thousand times I will never forgive you for taking my family" they little boy said with a hatred in his voice.

The little boys grandmother came back with a grim look on her face and said

"Sweet heart I will be the going away for awhile and some people will be taking care of you until my return"

The little boy lip trembled as tears came down his face. He couldn't believe in less than a week he lost most of his family in less than a week and now she was leaving him. He didn't want to believe what he was hearing. He turned around to see the man that his grand mother was talking to was walking towards him. The man had a smile on his face but the little boy didn't care.

"Hey there big boys don't cry"

The man said it with a bit of a stern tone but a smile was still on his face. The little boy turned his head to see his grandmother with tears in her eyes, it only broke his heart more. The little boy turned to the strange man and said

"Every one I know has left and she's leaving I know she won't come back" almost in a whisper loud enough for him to hear but not loud enough for his grandmother to hear. The man's smile faded into a sadden look.

The little boy was me.
